Literally the exact same experience as…

An update on below. Lies lies lies is all I’ve been told. Basically they’ve ‘upgraded’ their payment system so they cannot track refunds …. What a load of rubbish abd how convenient . They use an outsourced customer service team who work for multiple companies so they really couldn’t give a toss. Lies about responding to my queries , Further lies about sending me a credit note . Not that I would ever buy from them again. If they had truly sent me a refund back to the same card they gladly took payment from it would be there . Bank have no record . Honestly please do not buy from this company… clearly they do this a lot . There are plenty other retailers selling similar products. Literally the exact same experience as a recent poster . Ordered item… money taken … no confirmation email then no delivery. Rang them up and they said the item had been out of stock and that refund wll be issued . No sign of refund . Been 2 weeks now . Couldn’t get through to them and they’ve not responded to my email .

Failing to deliver and then failing to refund...

Lingerie Outlet Store used to be great, but they seem to have gone down hill in the last year or two. I've had to chase up refunds on orders several times - they seem to have a policy of waiting to see if you notice that you haven't received the refund and only paying up when you contact them. Most recently the order failed to arrive - payment was taken, but I didn't get a confirmation email. After a couple of weeks I contacted them and they said they had no tracking info and would issue a refund. Another two weeks and they said the refund hadn't been processed and they would try again. Either they are just inefficient, or they are dishonest...

Good products, but dire service - zero response to multiple emails/forms

First - the items ordered were good value and good quality, but variations in sizing meant I need to return some items (and would prefer to exchange/buy new ones). The Asda ToYou link doesn’t work. I have sent loads of emails and submission forms seeking information about how to make the return. I have had ZERO response - no acknowledgement, no response at all. It also looks like they are not active on social media, which should have been a red flag. Really disappointing for what looked like a promising site. Feels like about £70 down the drain.

Have ordered many times with no issues as everything always fit until this time both items where too small so I had to return. I returned via asda as they request, the return has been back with them a week and not had a single confirmation of this so I've messaged many times for them too repeat themselves twice asking which items I returned and for return confirmation... I've sent this through to them twice showing my order confirmation and the postage confirmation and yet here we still are with no replies anymore and no refund. Wouldn't need to come on here and leave these reviews if they had live chat or a contact number or you even replied to your customers properly and got things sorted been the worst customer support not getting anywhere

Make returning an incorrect item extremely difficult

I ordered a Naturana green bra from lingerie outlet price £29.94. What. I was sent, via Royal Mail tracked, was a Naturana 5063 black bra sold by lingerie outlet for £23.40. However I was still charged £29.40p for this cheaper bra. It took some time to sort this out with lingerie outlet as they required photographic evidence of what I was saying in order for me to gain “permission” to return the bra for a refund. Stupidly I presumed they would have a copy of the detailed order form, included within the package I received, that clearly demonstrates I did not receive the item I ordered. Apparently to obtain a free return I am not entitled to send this back via Royal Mail, even though lingerie outlet use them for deliveries. I can reach two post offices within easy reach, 1 walking distance away, but that is not permitted. If I want to use the post office I have to pay for tracked delivery myself. Free returns are only permitted via Asda, requiring I make 4 bus journeys to get there and back. That is if buses turn up, as our bus company has lost many bus drivers to better paying jobs. Come on lingerie outlet, I have come to the conclusion that you are looking to make the return as difficult for me as possible. You made the mistake, but I have to be faced with a difficult journey to be entitled to a free return. Is this any way to treat a customer who entered into a contract with you, in good faith, only to be let down. Tuesday 7th March Thank you for returning my money. However I have 1 more point to add. The incorrect bra that was sent to me was on special offer on the day of dispatch - for £18.72p, therefore I had £11.22p in excess of this cost taken from my account. Had me wondering how many other times has this happened to others without them realising it.

Great customer service

A bikini I bought was faulty as the underwiring broke through on both sides. I reported the fault and was offered a replacement or refund. When a replacement couldn't be found a refund was given. Timely and personal customer service from Hannah. Thank you, it makes such a refreshing change. Will be shopping there again
