Very very slow, poor customer service

I placed an order on 3/19/24 for a gift. Once the order was placed, it said that they were running 2-3 weeks behind. I emailed mid April to find out the status, and the response that I got said to log into my account and check the status myself. I had to reply that I didn't have an account, and must have checked out as a guest, therefore I could not see the status of my order. Customer service just gave a blanket statement that they were way behind. Today is 5/3/24 and I just received notice that my order was shipped and it will take 8-21 days to receive. They provide the tracking, but it isn't a link and lists 2 different carriers. I hope the (now late) gift is worth this unexpected long wait.

I have purchased many pieces and love…

I have purchased many pieces and love most of them. Lately quality seems to have dropped off a bit and customer service is non existent. I purchased a necklace with names for a friends birthday March 13th 2024 and almost 5 weeks later I still have not received it. I have called I have emailed. Nothing.

Horrible

They are full of horse s*!? I ordered a cuff on 1/30 and haven't seen it yet. They don't bother to email you unless you start asking questions. I wasn't going to give them a 1 Star rating but this the only way I could vent my experience with this so called company.

Extremely disappointed. The item was to have arrived by the time they say it was shipped. No apology or excuse for the delay. First and last order from this company.

We ordered a necklace. I had it for less than a month and wore it 3 times before it broke. They offered a 20% off coupon to buy more garbage. No thanks! It also took us 6 weeks to get it, and we were lied to 2 times about the shipping process.

Terrible, terrible customer service. In face, I don't believe they even have customer service from my experience. Answered the phone but gave no information on shipping problem only, "you can return it for 30 days."

I placed an order in early December and…

I placed an order in early December and paid for expedited shipping. I received an email 12/18 saying it had shipped. On 12/20 I tracked the package and it had not moved. I emailed and asked why it was not tracking. I received a response that it would track once the shipper scanned it. I emailed again on 12/22 with the same question and asked if they had tried tracking it. I was told they were waiting on the shipper to pick it up. Emailed again on 12/29 and received the same response. Finally on 1/2 they told me the package was missing and they would redo the order. It finally shipped on 1/17, well over a month after the order was placed. But they were nice enough to refund the $7 or so I paid for expedited shipping :-(. I was planning to purchase more for gifts and for myself, but with the poor communication and lack of follow through, I definitely won't be placing any more orders.

Do not Order from Lisa Leonard

Do not order from this company! Do not! I paid over 259.19 for the Sunburst silver Diamond Ring for my granddaughter. It was Black when it arrived. When I sent an email to Lisa Leonard Designs, I was told to take it to my jewelry store and have it cleaned. Well I did! And I had them check the Diamond!!! It is Not A Diamond! This ring isn't worth what I paid for it. It is a little silver band! False advertising!

Disappointed!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the bar bracelet that I ordered in April. I have already had one stone fall out, and when I emailed about it, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I could however have 30% off a new purchase-something that will NOT be happening! I have ordered several things from Lisa Leonard Designs in the past, but I will not be ordering any more. I am sad and disappointed that the company did not sell me a quality product after I paid for a quality product!

Horrible Customer Service and Delivery Times

Ordered three necklaces and paid for expedited shipping. I called their customer service phone number and left multiple messages and never received a call back and sent several emails. When someone finally responded to an email I was told that my items were in the "shipping queue" and I would get an email when they shipped. Another two weeks passed and nothing. I emailed customer service again and was told the same thing. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend ordering from them when there are other jewelry designers with much better customer service and much quicker to deliver!

Order at your own risk

I have ordered non custom orders for the last several years, received them within a week and been very happy. This year, I ordered NON custom items on 11-27, before Thanksgiving, and kept checking for a tracking number. I called, and they said that they were being made in Israel and it can take up to 14 days to ship, which would have been 12/10. I finally got a notification on 12/21 that my items had shipped, and received a tracking number with FedEx. Checked FedEx website, and it says they received shipping info on 12/20. On 12/21 the status was updated to "shipment cancelled by sender". It is now 12/26. I do not have my items, the order shows complete on their website, and did not receive a credit on my card. They are now closed until January 2nd. I have ordered several gifts and items over the years, and they are lovely. I don't know if something changed, or what, but now knowing that they are made out of the country, and not in the US, I will not be ordering from them in the future. There are too many other options available.

Placed fairly large order before Thanksgiving in November, Site says will ship in 10-14 days Did not hear anything from them until i asked around Dec 12th where mt order was, After 2 dayss I recieved a reply telling me they will let me know when it ships. I have continued with several update requests and finally was told Dec 16th that items were being sent to shipping. During the following week all i got was excuse after excuse still no shipping info. It is now Dec 24th and the gifts for my wife are nowhere. I feel these people are running a scam and contibue to be dishonest to buy time. I would never do business with these people ever again and am real close to requesting a refund as they already ruined ny Christmas

They sent me someone else’s order….

My package arrived today for me only to open a box missing one of my two custom rings, with the one ring being completely wrong… am i missing something here? I have absolutely nothing to gift my mother now for Christmas. I will never recommend this place nor shop here ever again. So disappointing.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT …

Ordered my granddaughter’s Baby’s First Christmas Pewter tree ornament in the shape of an elephant, I paid $15.00 dollars for the order to be Expedited, her website reads all her jewelry and ornaments are custom-made and designed in California United States this is not true! I received a text message from FedEx yesterday stating that my order has been delayed😱 I called FedEx and found out that my order was coming from Israel 😱😱who is going through a war right now and there are NO!! airplanes flying out, so I am now without my granddaughter‘s first Christmas, tree ornament out of over $86 dollars, l have called them, left numerous msgs with no response! I have emailed them several times with no response! I’m very disappointed and extremely upset! her website is an absolute LIE! this tree ornament was being created in Israel not California, I am demanding a full refund! This so called business needs to be SHUT DOWN! Lisa Leonard and her husband who own and run this company need to be behind BARS!!! I called my bank to put a dispute on my bank card. Lisa Leonard! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND YOUR SO CALLED COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM HER WEBSITE OR FB PAGE!!!

Ordered four Christmas items on…

Ordered four Christmas items on November 17. Today is December 19 and they have not been shipped, meaning they will not be received by Christmas. No contact initiated or update provided by the company. Customer service takes 3-4 days to respond, and just provides canned answers I can find on the website. I have spent well over $1,000 in the past on LLD products but no more.

What has happened to this company? I have ordered many things over the years and had beautiful quality. My last 2 orders have taken over 2 months to receive, and when they came they were packaged poorly, the pieces don’t shine and appear to not have been finished. The faces on the nativity are poorly done. Nothing like my previous sets and the shapes aren’t as nice. The nativity came missing the star. It’s $100 more for much less quality. The ornament has the lettering spaced poorly as well on the nativity ornament. I’m so disappointed as I used to love buying gifts here.

Do NOT order from them! I ordered a Christmas gift in early November and have still not received it! After many emails and left voice mails (which they did not return) they said that it shipped- 11 days before Christmas. However, when I checked the tracking they sent, there was nothing there.

They don't stand by their products

I purchased a pewter cuff this summer. It has cracked, nearly all the way through. When customer service responded to me I was told they could offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase and recommended I take the bracelet to my nearest jeweler, as they no longer have repair, replacement services. Guess this was my 5th and last Lisa Leonard purchase. Sad how they treat repeat customers.
