I could nt order online probs so rang customer service as Wouldn't accept delivery address or 10%discount. I was ordering a bracelet for a friend who had just lost her husband! I spent ages on phone repeating details! and gave them twice message to be sent with item. I was told had to pay delivery charge as discount code meant i had paid less than £20! Not happy with charge as discount code waste of time but went ahead with sale. My friend received item but she didn't know who it was off? No message in package! She had to email company for details! All she needed after loosing her husband! I had to ring up yet again! Would not recommend this company lack of customer service. I did aftr complaining and requesting delivery charge back suppose to be receiving that in the future? I wonder?
Beautiful items and all arrived quickly. Ordered some very fragile items and they were really well packaged and arrived in one piece.
Tarnished. Customer service said there’s nothing they can do as these will tarnish in time. It’s a shame as the pieces I received have great sentimental value to me and I’m very sad to not be able to wear them anymore. Do not purchase

Stumbled across this site last month and decided to order one of the build your own hampers as a gift. I was amazed how beautiful they are!! Such a lovely gift!! I have since ordered 2 more. Super happy and will be ordering lots more.
I had a present from Lisa Angel and it's absolutely beautiful I was very pleased with it and I have to say their customer service is really outstanding they were so helpful and so quick with their replies. I would definitely use this company again and would like to compliment them on their service and their staff.

I have ordered quite a few times from Lisa Angel and cannot fault their customer service. They are always super happy to help and very friendly. By far the best customer service I have dealt with. Their items are always gorgeous, incredibly affordable ( even when personalised!) Wear well and I always get compliments on them. Happy customer with recurrent orders since 2019.
Such an amazing company. The products are all so beautiful, really good quality stuff. Bought from them many times over the years and never been disappointed. Recently, I've had to go in because a necklace of mine from them broke (probably because of the kiddos), they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out. Honestly have never had such good customer service. Whenever I've contacted them it has been quick, helpful and generous responses. It will always be my go to place for gifts and jewelry! Thank you 😊

A bittersweet experience with Lisa Angel. I found their customer service to be great when I contacted them about needing a replacement to a damaged item from my order. I contacted them on whatsapp, where I was replied to quickly and a replacement item was promptly sent out to me. My problem is with the quality and how over priced the earrings are. I ordered blue resin hoop earrings (originally £22 but reduced to £11). The resin was not good quality and had a circle seam on the front of the earrings visible to others on both of the pairs of earrings I was sent. The resin backing was not even metal. Not worth £11 and definitely not worth £22. I have found this with many earrings I have purchased with Lisa Angel. Oliver Bonas earrings are cheaper and better quality.
Aside from the well priced beautiful products that are on offer, I have received exceptional customer service from ‘Lucie’. There was an issue with the delivery service which Lucie resolved immediately.
Ordered a bracelet as a gift, then when it arrived it was not what i ordered. It came as a single strand bracelet when it should have been double as they had 'low stock'. The bracelet itself is nice, not worth the amount i paid though. I received no communication with regards to the change of bracelet as i would have rather waited for them to send the correct item that was originally ordered. Emailed and was ignored until i used the live chat, where i was offered an extremely small refund compared the original price. Would not use again and do not recommend.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I wanted to come on and especially write one for here. Absolutely in love with my items! I ordered some personalised jewellery for Christmas gifts for me and my partner and they are exactly as expected and as I imagined. The quality is great, they arrived in the time frame given and though I got my items on sale, their prices are still more than reasonable and given I know the quality is also good I would happily shop there again!
I order dry flowers and most of them arrived disintegrated. The flowers were just stems and with the heads off. I hardly made one posy! I was very disappointed. But Lisa Angel has replied very quickly and tried to help, which I really appreciate it.
