Great products and fantastic aftercare

Products are really great quality. We got a voyager S5 a couple years ago now and it's fantastic. Other brands just didn't last 5 minutes in comparison in the weather's / conditions we were in. Reason why I am writing this review is their after service is fantastic. After a pet chewed a part I contacted them in case they had spares. I was immediately contacted by someone called Chris to say they will be looking into it and after a short wait they managed to send me it next day postage for free! In this day and age if this was another company I would have been told no or directed to buy the product again. But these folks really go the extra mile and it shows on other reviews. On the note of reviews - Trust pilot I noticed a one star review which I think is unfair and should be removed. These days things get lost all the time in the post, if you buy the wrong item and the company you bought from agrees exchange it's your responsibility to pay adequate postage that covers you in case it gets lost in the post. It's not fair to expect a replacement if the company never receives it and you haven't paid for recorded / insured post.

The extra 10 miles!

I’ve never written a review before, but felt it was very important on this occasion. The customer service team were outstanding in replacing a sun shade for our baby carrier. They went above and beyond and were prompt, efficient and helpful. Well done to everyone.

"lost" exchange

I have ordered the wrong product. Upon filling the exchange sheet and posting it back I got charged over £3, I did not send it tracked delivery as never thought there will be a need to. Ofcourse my parcel got "lost". I have explained my situation with to rep over the phone, he was apologetic but could not offer a replacement. I strongly doubt warehouse never received it as I had put return address on my parcel, so it would have got returned. I am out by £23, with no exchange and an annoyed partner's sisters, since it was a birthday present for my niece - welcome to the family! If I could do 0 stars - I would.

Deserve more than 5 stars

Amazing customer service with a quick delivery. Order Little Life Ranger s2 carrier and forget to use a discount code. After emailing customer service I've received a refund straight away! Product itself is a very good quality. We used it already on 2h hike with our 1 year old, comfortable for a parent and a child. Very happy with the purchase and definitely will come back.

Poor service

Poor service. I ordered reins on 1st May, which were supposed to come in days, but nothing has arrived 14 days later. The link they send to track your goods doesn't work and you can't log into your account to see what is happening. Also impossible to contact them. Not good.

Really good

Got a backpack carrier, a travel cot (tent version) and a snuggle pod from them. All excellent quality products that are lightweight and well designed. Service is great and quick. Well worth the money.

bought components to replace the broken…

bought components to replace the broken parts (my fault) on my littlelife carrier and wanted to post here that the parts were extremely affordable. £2 and free delivery for a replacement buckle. Most other companies would charge through the nose. Delivery and packaging also great. Excellent after sales support through their website.
