Ordered item on Thursday. Was told ill get it next day and they will call me when ready. Never called. When i called and asked fo they have it, was told to wait on the line(took 15 minutes) after what i was told it will be ready to pick up on Monday. And that was just a tyre...not the best experience at all...
I ordered on a Tuesday late and received my scooter on Thursday so fast delivery. It was a good price came well packaged. Hopefully aftercare will continue to be good if needed. I would buy again from this company "Loco" Thank you.

My experience is actually so good, I test how it works the brakes and it's so nice, the efficiency is so wonderful. When I bought it Anna helps me and the service and information was perfect.
Very fast delivery, but I ordered a charger that supposedly had a 3 pronged plug, but it was the 2 prong version. Still grand though
Excellent customer service. There was a mix up with my delivery and they rectified it and sent out a replacement order the next day. Chloe in customer service was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely order from here again if required!!

Very precise website and good service but inadvertent sending of the wrong item initially which was corrected at no cost within 2 days. Overall excellent despite the false start.

KugooKirin scooter: The worst purchase I could have made. The aesthetics of the scooter are good, it has a good speed, but it has successive problems such as the tire going flat and the scooter shaking, E-6 problems (communication failure between the Motor and the Controller) and now it has a problem in the fork that joins the steering to the front wheel. A total of 6 to 7 trips to the repair shop in less than 6 months from purchase, the scooter spends more time in repair than in operation.

Little expensive
I bought a scooter at the Portobello store and received very good service from Anna. All my doubts were resolved and she gave me a lot of confidence when purchasing it.

I found out Loco Scooters through a google search and decided to give it a go for my first scooter. You can imagine the scepticism and doubt I had. However, right from when we got in and Anna started to help out (given that I had zero technical knowledge about scooters), I knew I would be leaving the store with a scooter. Anna was extremely pleasant, honest, factual and patient with me and my friends. Her Colleague Jason was also very helpful as he helped put together the scooter and gave a few tips before leaving the store. It gave me the confidence that the after-sale service would be great as well. I have been using my scooter for the last 3-4 weeks and it has immensely aided me in moving around for work purposes. Will gladly recommend this brand to anyone who wants to get a scooter in Ireland.
