Be careful when you do the check out, they are working with a company who put some hidden charges in your card. They charge me €18 for a "program" that apparently I accepted when I did the purchase.

I have ordered twice from this company & there were issues with delivery on both occasions. I had to follow up with customer service both times. First order was eventually received over a month after I first placed the order. Most recent order, I opted for a refund* as I am not willing to wait. Very unfortunate as they have a great selection of products at good prices but I would rather pay a bit extra to avoid the hassle of dealing with these issues. *Refund pending - will update review when received

This website is a scam

This website is a scam, and those responsible should be arrested for stealing money from customers! I haven't received my order and even after 2 months the customer service keeps claiming they're checking with the courier but and don’t proceed with the refund. They only offer message communication, and they just keep copy-pasting the same answer repeatedly. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life.

When my package was dispatched but I didn't receive it, I contacted look fantastic customer service,and Zamokuhle who dealt with my issues was very prompt,efficiently dealing with my order, with no fuss . Very happy with the result and the response. Would very happily recommend Look fantastic to friends, and will order more products again.

Terribly disappointing experience

This is the first bad review I have ever written bit felt obliged to warn potential customers that the 3 month Beauty Box gift voucher is not as advertised. I purchased this for my friend. The product information said instructions would be received by email and that it was easy. No instructions were received. After many many messages via their website contact, I found out how to claim it. I decided to do it myself as I did not trust the process enough to pass on to a gift recipient. Transpired that there was an additional, albeit small, charge for the recipient. The company could not explain why this is charged and why it's not mentioned in the product information or anywhere on their site. This is not ideal for a gift. I moved to contact on their Instagram account and received patronising responses, signed with hearts which only added fuel to the fire. I received a refund, as requested in the end but what I actually wanted which is what was advertised never happened. I will never deal with this company again. Their information is incorrect and misleading.

Zero star again Fault item ongoing since December 2023. Have logged numerous complaints and reviews, was requested to send item back to get refund even though item was faulty, now 3.5 months later after item successfully lands in their return hub, they ( are still locating parcel) in other words have lost it and still will not issue refund! HONESTLY IF ORDERING BEAUTYWORKS PRODUCTS , order from Beautyworks directly ; much better service and actually customer service , so I guess I’m down €255+ with nothing to show for it all because of how the company have handled this , I’m disgusted and ashamed of Look Fantastic, agents will reply below and say their eager to help but yet the replies (online only every couple days) mention to give another 3/5 working days for investigation even though it’s been 3.5 months . 200% avoid , requested complaints and callbacks from management , all completely ignored , shocking standards

Zero star if possible , ongoing issues since December over faulty item , still awaiting refund to this date , 19/03/24 , 3.5 months for a refund of a faulty item, easily have spoken to about 20/30 different people , all promises but no action!! Would avoid 100% order through beauty works and their customer care services are 10x times better and actually care for their customers And before a agent posts below saying they’d be eager to help or sorry to hear about this , already had this from an agent who advised would take control which I haven’t heard from since she messaged me ONCE , several replies to look fantastic since to NEW agents , spend the day repeating myself to each one

Customer service is nonexistent! My package went missing, and I discovered that it was marked as delivered, with someone apparently forging my signature. There's no direct way to contact customer service; you can only fill out a refund form and wait for them to respond. This means there's no way to inquire about the status of your order, whether it will be delivered, or any other related information. After a couple of days with no updates, I've asked for a refund; I explained that I needed the products for my vacation and I bought them on their website due to the promised delivery before my departure, therefore I didn't need my order to be replaced because I had to buy the products somewhere else. However, no one has confirmed the refund, no one gave clear answers and I've even received two standardized messages in response (they copied and pasted the same message twice), which I find absurd and completely unprofessional, considering I'm a customer who encountered a problem. I will NEVER purchase from this website again, and I hope they at least have the decency to refund me.

I received the order yesterday and one of the products inside the package was opened (the powder was not sealed). I'm trying to contact customer service this morning but after 100 emails they are still asking me the same thing. I get different people with the same questions all the time. Everything is fine until you need to return something. I ordered an item in wrong colour and had to return it using their return service. It took 2 weeks to reach their warehouse according to the postal tracking but its now been over 4 weeks since it reached their warehouse and I've received no refund and keep being fobbed off by their customer service. It's basically theft. I've no product almost 7 weeks later and no refund either.

If I could give no stars I would. Firstly they make it near impossible to contact them with a query (I had to reopen a query on an order from 2022 to illicit a response). You can’t tweet then unless you have a blue tick account their Instagram has too many followers to think you’d get a reply there is laughable and the online chat is conveniently (for them) never available. So I gave them all the information to enable them to look into my issue even providing images etc. they still couldn’t understand the issue. I had to spell it out to them again. Some time later they say they will get this resolved. Some more back and forth and they now say they will investigate and to give them 3-5 working days. I give them 7 which brings us to over 2 weeks since I initially contacted them. They tell me that actually they can’t resolve the issue. So lies at the start and a waste of time and a waste of money. I should have expected nothing less since I had problems with all my previous orders in 2022 so hasn’t used them since but this was actually a gift purchased by a family member so if I’d have known in advance I could have warned them. Do not use they will never fulfil your order especially is the case for Irish customers.
