Great service from Emily. Thank you for resolving my issue so quickly after I contacted them about an issue with my maternity leggings. The leggings are so comfy and such a good thickness especially when baby bump is getting bigger!
The service you get of this company is very good and quick I would recommend using. Enquiries are dealt with very quickly. Will definitely use again.
Awful. I have worn and washed my leggings a couple of times and they have come apart at the seams. I contacted Lovall and they are saying they aren't faulty? They clearly are and customer service are really unhelpful. They offered me 20 percent refund. Or 20 percent towards my next purchase. As if I would ever purchase again from these scammers. Disgusting way to treat customers. I also bought jeans and another pair of leggings and wish I hadn't now. How do you expect to run a business when you scam customers out of money. Don't waste your hard earned money on this trash.
Emily has been amazing at helping me out with a problem I had with some leggings. Replacements were sent speedily and comms were great. Highly recommend customer services.
Deplorable customer services. I want to return one out of two pairs of leggings but I have not received the return label and have been unable to get a response from the company by email and the iPhone line says “Unfortunately our phone lines are switched off”

Great quality leggings just wish their customer services team actually responded!!! I’ve had to use Instagram messaging as can’t find another option 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve had no confirmation email and despite repeated requests no returns label !!! I just want to return the unwanted items please and get my money back!!! Grace was initially very helpful but she seems to have disappeared now please sort this out !!! As great as your leggings are it’s putting me off buying again
Great quality leggings at a reasonable price. I bought a few pairs and am happy with my purchases. I did need to contact the customer service team and the service provided by Emily was outstanding, prompt response and dealt with very quickly. Best customer service I have received from a business in a while and will recommend to friends in the future.
I can not thank the customer service team and in particular Emily. I ordered 2 Paris of leggings and when one arrived with a hole I contacted them. She was so helpful and arranged for a new pair to be send out straight away. Amazing service. Thank you
Rubbish website Went on to buy a few pairs of leggings for my pregnant partner. Put in a few filters, everytime you look at an item the filters all reset. The site was optimised for a mobile so tired desktop, same again. So bad I left after 4 or 5 attempts and couldn't buy anything.
I’ve bought a huge range of products from Lovell and can highly rate everything in terms of quality, comfort, sizing and style. I loved and absolutely loved in the maternity leggings over the winter, the joggers and sweatshirts sets and lounge wear sets I’ve lived in postpartum and felt amazing. I’d particularly recommend the thicker winter leggings for comfort and they keep you super cozy. I recently had an issue with one product and this was dealt with really quickly and kindly by Emily. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely remain a Lovall customer.
My first, and only, experience of purchasing with Lovall has been very disappointing. I ordered 2 pairs of maternity jeggings which arrived in very different shades (which I really don’t like) from what was shown on the website. My initial experience with their customer care executive, Charlotte, was extremely positive (I would give her personally 5 stars). She was really lovely, helpful and apologetic and quickly arranged a replacement of the incorrect items (while also advising me that I could keep the original 2 incorrect pairs). Sadly when the replacements arrived they were still the same incorrect colours so I emailed again and since then the responses I have received have been from a “senior” customer care executive called Emily who is much less helpful and doesn’t have the pleasant manner of Charlotte, and quite frankly, is rather condescending (and to top it all off is how addressing me by the incorrect name in emails). She explained in a rather matter-of-fact manner that the items I had received were from their old label and that they had since changed the shades of the jeggings and said “Unfortunately as we still had items in stock of the old colour, we couldn't just wait until all of these had been sold before restocking with the new colours” (despite only advertising the new colours which are vastly different!) and further explaining “Unfortunately we would be unable to guarantee that a replacement would be the colour of the new Jeggings”. So essentially I was told that they are knowingly sending out items to customers which don’t even closely resemble the colours advertised on their website and expecting customers to just make do and accept these, and also that they will continue to do so. I have never heard such a ridiculous and dishonest notion from a company before! If they still have older stock in different colours why are these not just being advertised separately with the correct colour descriptions? I felt like I was being tricked into receiving old stock which they otherwise couldn’t shift. Emily’s latest message says “We are sorry that if the colour on inspection is not what you hoped, and differs to what you were expecting based on how we have displayed them on screen” which seems to imply that I’m just being a bit fussy or that it’s just due to the lighting/how they show on screen when in reality one of the pairs I’d ordered shows as a very dark blue (which is what I had wanted) in every photo on their site, whereas what I received is a very bright mid blue. This is just an entirely different item! The issue is being resolved at least as they have arranged a courier collection and all 4 pairs will be being returned to them. They have also offered a 15% discount for future purchases but nothing could persuade me to purchase from a company which operates in a way in which I can’t trust I’ll be receiving the actual items I’ve ordered. What sort of business operates like this? I personally will be staying away and wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company. 19/4: Update for Lovall’s benefit in regards to their response about different batches varying slightly in colour - as they are well aware from the many pictures I sent them, there isn’t just a slight variation in the colours I received, they are entirely different colours (I ordered dark and mid blue and the pairs which arrived are almost identical to each other and neither is even close to resembling the shades ordered). Additionally their story keeps changing on this as my original response from Emily explained that they had entirely changed the colours when they become Lovall and were knowingly sending out the original colours (which are all labelled Love Leggings, their old brand) until that stock was used up. This is false advertising and I have been tempted to report this to Trading Standards.

Purchased the everyday high waisted leggings back in September last year they were great initially however I’ve just had to throw them away as they became thread bare by the inner thighs and then had 2 massive holes in them, I also purchased a pair of the jeans fairly recently and had to keep pulling them up after several washes (although they fitted fine when I first purchased them) whilst doing so the belt loop ripped off causing a hole in the back of the jeans again so I’ve had to throw these away too! I am so Disappointed as for the price point I would expect them to be of better quality and for them to last much longer, I’ve had primark leggings that have lasted way longer than these, sadly I won’t be purchasing from Lovall again as they seem of poor quality and overpriced for what they are!
Wouldn’t buy leggings anywhere else - thick, opaque, super comfortable and sturdy! Also brilliant customer service when I had a tiny issue with one pair. Great company and I’ll definitely buy more in future.
I really like their leggings, the material is so lovely and comfortable, but sadly they keep breaking. So I really am torn about ordering more because I like the feel, but sadly they tear quite easily.

I ordered 2 pairs of the winter leggings. One pair bobbled straightaway. Such a shame as they are very comfy I've not worn the second pair as I thought it was pointless due to the first pair bobbling.
Absolutely love these leggings, so soft and comfy, durable and thick unlike other online brands and love that they do a tall and extra tall length in most if not all of their leggings. Unfortunately some stiching had come undone on a pair i purchased a month or so ago which meant the leggings couldnt be worn but after speaking to customer services (emily) she couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating and sent me more leggings free of charge, they arrived within 48 hours. Great company and product, i will absolutely buy them again. 10/10.
