We are really impressed with our new love seat and chair- both are beautifully made. Duncan and Gareth delivered them with care and went to the effort of taking shoes off at the same time as carrying the couches into the room! Super friendly company from the store room to the delivery to the owner.

The delivery turned up on time, the men introduced themselves, considerate about footware coming into the. They made a recce of the route for a manual handling task to move a bed upstairs, looking for and clearing obstacles. They ensured the feet of the bed legs were covered to present damage to the wooden floor, had a timely discussion about the final placement/orientation of the bed. Duncan and Neil were polite and helpful throughout the build of the bed frame, I would like to thank them for making a somewhat stressful day more relaxed. The bed met our expectations looks great, the delivery team were likewise great.

Love your home service was excellent from start to finish. Sales assistance so knowledgeable, friendly and could not have been more helpful. I think her name is Sarah. I am absolutely delighted with the sofa. It looks fantastic and such good quality. The delivery drivers really were 10 out of 10. Duncan and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and carefully manoeuvring the sofa to its resting place. I love the fact that the sofa was in a non-plastic protective covering! It really does make all the difference when you have your own delivery team, they are invested in your company and thus give a much better service. Well done to you all.

Duncan and Gareth came out today to see if they could fix a faulty mechanism on our sofa bed. Long story short both guys went above and beyond what was asked of them. They had to refit two bolts in the mechanism which corrected the issue. I cannot recommend them enough. A job well done and thank you!
