Really poor. Constantly chasing my order as no real communication from the company to me after ordering & paying, repeatedly lied to about when it would be delivered when I contacted them by phone & email. When finally delivered, there was one man working the lorry. These items are incredibly heavy for one person so no wonder mine was delivered with a broken mirror on the door of the sliding wardrobe. I have been chasing up for my replacement door now for a few weeks by email & phone & continuously fobbed off & lied to about when it will be delivered. Really bad customer service & very disingenuous staff. At this stage all I want is my money refunded. My advice would be to definitely avoid this company at all costs.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a Bed, order got cancelled, we were never notifified, finally, 2 weeks later we recieved the Bed. And it was the wrong Bed, went in store and staff were useless. Extremely disapointed with the service. Wont be shopping here again
Took one month to the day for the bed & mattress to arrive. Initial communication was zero. Processing order is all it said for just over a week before I called. Eventually got a date/time. Delivery was brought at different date/time than agreed. Delaying for another week. Wanted to cancel, was promised a €50 refund which was not honored. As was assembling bed it was missing parts. Had to improvise to put it together. Stay clear of this company I would advise.
Very pleased and satisfied with the customer services, they offered a partial refund for the coffee table I ordered from them which was very nice. Thank you vida xl
Terrible company, awful customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a single bed last summer for my spare room. My 2 year old son then moved into the room in January and the bed snapped in half when I sat on it. I'm not obese or over weight may I add. I contacted love furniture to try sort it and I was fobbed off or ignored for over a week. So I replaced the bed. They then said they would replace the broken parts of the bed. They still haven't sent them to me even though they said they would.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. The biggest shower of gangsters I ever dealt with, avoid at all costs. I was lied to on numerous occasions about the status of my order, I was sent emails meant for other people. I eventually demanded a refund when my order failed to arrive after 5 weeks.
Brought a desk and headboard back on the 19th December. Desk arrived, but no headboard, not in stock will be delivered separately. Desk very flimsy, holes not where they should be as per instructions (had to drill them myself), it's very cheaply made, had to buy extra supports as the ones supplied were too small to be of any use. Head board arrived 2 months later in February. Went to put it together, no screws, no instructions. Asked for screws to be posted (they're 4 screws, small, fit in an envelope). They arranged delivery of screws, said date and time ok. Waited in over an hour for delivery (late for school run), nothing. Contacted them, oh sorry couldn't deliver today. Waited another 2 weeks, an envelope shoved through the letter with 2 screws, when it's meant to be 4. Went to fit them anyway, they're too big. Request that they pick up the headboard at this stage and refund me and I've head enough (now 3 months on from ordering) and they keep coming back with were sorry, did you get instructions (no I did not). Joke of a company.
Haven't received the order and already appalling service. Ordered on 16th of February. Received no updates until I went through several channels to get in contact. That was a week ago . I was told my order was "ready for delivery" and "won't take so much time" . When I asked more I got no answer. Currently trying to get more answers a week after that and nothing. Absolutely disgraceful
Took them over a week to inform me they didn't deliver to mainland UK, so cancelled my order. After taking my money, and then waiting even longer for the refund. Why did they let me buy it in the first place?
Zero stars… Terrible customer service! Bed is incorrectly advertised as dark grey when it is light grey. Lovefurniture delivered a bed with several missing parts and no hardware and now refuse to return and refund because the box has been opened.
Will and his helper delivered my bed at 9 this morning, absolutely cracking job putting that Mechano set together as it looked very tough, 5* all the way with these guys highly recommended.
Absolute joke off a company 2 weeks waiting on our kids bunk beds and took me to ring them to say the beds were obsolete thank god I chose cash on delivery wouldn't even entertain this company
Recliner sofas ordered for holiday home, issues reported 9 months later (house empty & sofas unused for 6 months) , taken back for repair, came back worse, now saying out of warranty! Terrible customer service, they don't ring back when they say they will, close WhatsApp chat if you don't reply quick enough for them, last comment from them is 'one moment' - that was dec 7, still.waiting for their reply!!!!
Slide wardrobe looked great in the pictures and I'm sure it would have in my house too had I received all the parts.rear panels missing and other components.For 6 weeks I received texts on a Wednesday advising delivery on the Friday,come Thursday received text saying parts were not available for delivery. Purchased parts required to complete unit from local kitchen company. Spoke to customer service and they were to provide a partial refund. Im still waiting. Very disappointed
Dining table chairs Good quality sturdy chairs, very happy with them. Maurice was a pleasure to deal with, professional and very patient, willing to answer as many questions. Got the chairs in good time. Justin delivered the chairs again extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely shop again with love furniture.
Gave 1 star as can't review without it. APPALLING service from this company. Ordered small double bed frame August 29th. It arrived in good time (only good comment I can make) so I dismantled my other one to make room for the new 1 only to realise I had part's for 2 different bed's plus NO legs,assembly screws or instructions. It has taken me till today 5th December to get my money refunded that's after I opened a Charge Back with my bank. Endless emails,texts and phonecalls amounted to a load of time wasting and stone-walling on their end with nothing but empty assurances and lies that the missing parts were on the way etc etc.They became interested once they received notice of my dispute. 3 months I have spent sleeping on a mattress on the floor but that was my mistake. NEVER AGAIN !!!
Two stars just because I had a great experience with them before around 2 years ago. This time ordered an arm chair and waited for nearly 3 weeks for them to tell me I will receive it by the end of 2024. Yes you reading right 2024 😂, they asked if I would like to wait, what a chokers. As well same chair’s showing available to purchase, but they don’t really have it in stock. So 20 day’s delivery turned into 1 year really fast :)) ordered same item from wayfair, confirmed coming Friday.
Very happy with my new bed from love furniture, excellent quality and affordable price and it came a day earlier than expected, I was kept well updated on delivery times mark was a great salesman and Sean the delivery guy was helpful and polite.
What a lame excuse for flat pack furniture please stear clear of these cowboys the furniture they supply it's absolutely shocking and crumbled apart like wheetabix. They also don't even supply instructions I had to go online and ask for a pdf to put it together.......
