You are not FROM EU no more, so the whole process of getting our goods in the EU zone it's a nightmare! Would be nice of you warning us, your customers, that you are sending our goods from the UK. So we can avoid buying from you! I won't buy shiet from you ever.

I have not received my parcel yet! It's been more than 3weeks!
Sent goods without a tracking number. No information available on who my local courier company is. They suggested I call EVERY local courier to try and find my parcel. They were not willing to call their courier company and find out who their local agent is. Terrible customer service, my goods are lost and I've wasted my money. Since posting this review Lovehoney posted their response below, it says "We have contacted you directly to get this sorted for you" This is not true. They have not contacted me directly. I have received no communication from them. I guess they automatically post this response so that they look good.

Everything was good. Arrived on time.
The order was not traceable. Therefore I have no idea where it is right now or when will it arrive. I am sure this can be better in the future and always be able to track all orders
