Just purchased football boots and paid £226 only to be contacted a couple of hours later to say unfortunately they are out of stock. The money has already been taken from my account and will take 5 days to be returned. Not impressed!!

Ordered running shoes for a race last Friday and paid £11 for next day delivery through dpd, never got a tracking number and a week later not received the shoes and haven’t heard back from the site.. £270 shoes nowhere to be seen

Out of all the retailers that have football boots / equipment, Lovell Soccer have to be the best. Their range of football boots is just phenomenal... not to mention their extremely competitive prices. If you're thinking of ordering, DO IT!!! I've ordered 3 times already and their customer service did not let down... Lovell Soccer provide a smooth transaction and a fast delivery service. 10/10.

I placed an order for boots for my son, but encountered a series of frustrating setbacks with Lovell's delivery service. Initially, the product was marked as out for delivery, only to be later informed of a delay. Subsequently, the package purportedly went missing, prompting Lovell's representative, Matt, to mention an investigation without offering a refund. Upon speaking with Wayne, who identified himself as the manager, I was informed that the delivery was 'still in the delivery network'. Despite this, Wayne adamantly refused to issue a refund, although he did promise to refund the delivery fee, which ultimately didn't happen. Faced with my son's impending birthday and the urgent need for the boots, I resorted to ordering from an alternative site, which promptly delivered the boots the following day. Meanwhile, Lovell's supposed "delivery investigation" dragged on, exceeding my delivery date by five days. It became apparent that the package was lost, yet I received no refund. In an attempt to expedite the resolution process, I tried reaching out via chat, only to be informed that Wayne was handling the matter, despite no progress being made on his end. Overall, my experience with Lovell's delivery service was extremely disappointing and filled with unnecessary complications. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.
Having already written a review for this company and them writing a response suggesting they have tried to resolve the issue regarding the broken treadmill. It is now 3 weeks and I still have had a broken treadmill sitting in my house. In their response on Trustpilot to me they said that they have tried to send out an engineer, not true they just told me to contact Reebok. They did not even offer to replace the broken treadmill or offer me a refund. Do not buy a treadmill from this company. If they supply broken / faulty equipment then they should be prepared to take prompt action to resolve the problem. Disgraceful customer service. They even asked if I had friends or family that could wait in for it to be collected. I have now asked for a collection date of tomorrow that was 4 days ago and still no response.

On two occasions, I had ambiguities about the size and delivery of the product. In both cases, my email was answered promptly and in detail. On the site, I came across products that have far cheaper prices than other stores. I heartily recommend them.
I recently purchased a treadmill from Lovell Soccer. It did not work. The service I have been provided since is disgraceful. It is now nearly a week and half. I am still sitting at home with a treadmill that doesn’t work. They firstly referred me to Reebok technical support who can not come out to fix it until the 16th April. Which will be a month after my purchase. When I asked for Lovell Soccer to replace the one I had they said it would take 10days after the received the return to send out another one. I asked for a refund and they say they will issue me a refund when they receive the return but can not collect the treadmill for at least another week and only Monday to Friday. But they deliver on a weekend! I work Monday to Friday. Awful service
