Very pleased with the product. Lightweight yet seems very sturdy. I purchased 2 cases in the UK but am concerned they the warranty seems only valid in the USA. Can you advise.

Reporting this site. Placed order 3 days ago. Money immediately taken from my account but have not received any order information or receipt for the purchase! The telephone number they have listed keeps ringing “busy” and emails are not going through! This site is a SCAM!! Deserves 0 stars!

Selection and pricing minus customer service. Overall yes im happy with my purchase and the price however good luck receiving customer service help. I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously. I would just be cautious if you have issues and how long customer service takes

I was looking for a particular Tumi briefcase on Tumi.com but they’ve been sold out for 2 months. I also called several Tumi stores who don’t carry the product. With Fathers Day approaching I was desperate and decided to Google the briefcase.
