Caitlin from the Client Care Executive has recently replied to my enquiry re the need to continue taking any of my existing supplements now I have started Lumity day and night. She very promptly provided an in depth response to my questions and was incredibly helpful. Great customer service.

This review is about my purchase experience ordering Restful Nights capsules. I ordered on Sunday morning and my package arrived on Wednesday which, considering the postage was £3.95, I thought seemed a long time. Royal Mail by the way. No problem with the ordering process itself; I took advantage of a 15% first order discount which reduced the order value to below the threshold for free delivery so actually not a huge saving in the end. I'll reserve judgement on the effectiveness of the capsules themselves when I've used them a few more times.

The day and night supplements are superb. I could not recommend highly enough. Customer service (Olivia) was so helpful and efficient.
Great company. Orders arrive quickly, billing process is easy and also easy to skip a purchase with ample notice given of upcoming orders. Speedy responses to customer queries too and proactive with advice.
Super speedy delivery, beautifully packaged. Only on day three so nothing else to report but I’m hopeful.
The face oil is a lovely product and my skin feels beautifully soft and healthy after using it.

Package arrived as promised and earlier than expected. Beautifully packaged and explained. Simple and easy. Looks and feels like authentic quality. Will look lovely on my bathroom cabinet. I prefer glass packaging so this is marvellous clean and chic designed. I like the no fuss refill pouches. Thank you
Efficient delivery service, easy to manage subscription
The Lady Paris is wonderful in explaining what these supplements do (Morning and Night) she is patient, experienced and kind and since I have been taking these supplements as recommended I feel great, I am back at gym using the stair master for an hour ( WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE BEFORE ) I usually do 10 min tops and I think I am going to pass out .love these .

Im quick to criticise bad product and customer service so want to leave a positive review as so far been super impressed with lumity day and night. Im peri and was sleeping 5 hours a night. Im now doing over 7 and arent waking in the middle of the night. It is expensive but im seeing difference in my sleep which is significantly helping me overall. Its too early to note other effects. Shout out to Paris too who responds quickly. They also didnt try to upsell me whilst i was taking other supplements for hair loss and were very honest.
Feeling the positive effects of Lumity day and night supplements .
I debated whether to try Lumity for quite a long time, but thought I would finally as I was feeling so rotten post menopause, particularly mentally, I thought I’d see if it would work for me. Not expecting much, I was astounded that within a couple of hours of taking my first Day dose, I felt much calmer. I’m now 2 months in and I’m definitely feeling so much better mentally and a little more motivated to do things, whereas that had been lacking for some years. I was hoping they wouldn’t do anything due to the price but I’m now converted, that my mental wellness has improved is so worth the cost. I’m also sleeping a little better and I’m cutting down on sleep aids because of this. I don’t know how Lumity works but it does, as I said to their lovely CS lady Olivia, it’s witchcraft!
