While customer service was very kind and apologetic, my order remains in NJ which makes me wonder when and if I will actually receive my vitamins. I love how the vitamins have increased my overall well being however if shipping continues to be an issue I may have to cancel my subscription.
Easy to navigate website but I don’t think they gave me my 15% off for being a new customer. It wouldn’t take me to the queue. Please adjust my bill. Thank you so much joy kloess.

I don't remember why I left Lumity, but I'm so happy to be back. Great shopping experience and setting up my subscription. Love the addition of the travel bottles - perfect! Looking forward to Lumity kicking in!!
I have taken two months worth of lumity morning and night and my skin is much more bouncy than prior to using it. It also has a glow to it.
My package was sent back to sender without me knowing based on an address issue. Lumity immediately reached out to me to let me know & to sort resending. They also kindly & proactively changed the date of my next subscription delivery. Impressive customer service.
i was trying to make a rewards purchase for 2 sets of the travel bottles. well the site took my points but did not complete the order. i assume it as operator error. i called about it and got a representative (Paris) on the line and she listened to what i did. she then went in and cancelled out everything, gave my points back and sent me an email with the discount codes to use and to do it on seperate orders. Paris was excellent in getting this situation under control and was very helpful.
I accidentally purchased the body oil instead of the facial oil. I attempted to cancel the order or apply the money spent to a new order. I was not able to get in touch with anyone and my call was not returned. It would be great if there was a cancellation option.
Sends out product in a sturdy box and very environmentally conscious about packaging. Also a very timely delivery.

I've been taking Lumity now for 5 months. And I couldn't imagine taking your average store shelf vitamins again. I think having men's and women's, morning and evening, and in a gel-cap, is putting the brain to good use. I love the frosted containers too. I've contacted customer service three times. And there very helpful and professional. Great products and wonderful staff! Keep on keeping on crew!
my wife sent me a special link to use to get a discount and she would also get a discount but when i clicked on the link, i did not get the discount we were advised. the website not too user friendly
My order is going to the wrong address.
I stopped taking Luminity to save money and stopped sleeping at the same time. It became apparent I should go back which I have. My day and night regimens were off so I still had a complete bottle of day time so I’ve not experienced a withdrawal.
I am once again writing a negative review. The first one was out of frustration, this time I'm angry. This company ROUTINELY SHORTS the number of capsules in each refill. When I complained last time, that out of the six refill packets, FOUR of them were short. I was contacted and reassured this would not happen again. Well, I just received my 3 month refills and AGAIN, FOUR of the six packets are short. Those 4 packets are short a total of 25 capsules! That's over EIGHT DOSES! I am not the only one this is happening to! Count your refills and protest!! PoolObviously this company has decided to use this technique to enhance their profits!
