They replied to my initial email within an hour and within 24 hours had arranged for return and issued a voucher. The person dealing with it was clear, articulate and concise too which was much welcomed.

I accidentally placed an order when I didn't mean too and then I was told I couldn't cancel it.
Even though it looked like a minor issue the customer service team went the extra mile to get it sorted. One of the end caps of my coat fell of. Received a couple of new ones after my request.

I have just had the best customer service experience. My sons top had some problems with it so I got in touch with Lyle and Scott and they were tremendous, I had to provide pictures but they offered a refund on returning the faulty goods. We will still purchase from this company because of the great customer service, I’m sure this top was a one off problem and my son has already put in his order for some new Lyle and Scott products.
