My granddaughter loves the products so I have ordered here before. This time, my Apple Pay address was incorrect so it didn’t go through. In one call, I was a le yo get everything resolved. My customer service representative was very professional, helpful and polite. I was very impressed. As long as my granddaughter wants your products, I will be a loyal customer!

I love the many selections available. Customer service was great when I contacted them about an Int’l shipment that was a couple days late. They tracked the items down and they were delivered two days later. A follow up email was sent to me to make sure I had received the order.
My package was lost during delivery and no questions asked they tracked and replaced my item. Stephanie Anne was great

We love the Kapla blocks and give them as presents. Our own set is at least 25 years old and my children who are now parents themselves still play w them. Found them at Maisonette at a very good price and bought 2 sets for 2 nephews birthday gifts.

I have placed a # of orders with this company, however, I would not recommend it. I returned a couple of items in early Feb. had to call a month later because nothing had been credited to my card. I had to pay over $25. For returning then they charged a $5.00 return fee for each. I still have not been credited for the shoes (over$200.00) which ordered for a gift - it came all beat up - the box was all dented in and torn. I felt I could not give it as a gift. I have been sad … for I liked this company/website and have little grandchildren that I buy for. I wish they had been easy to work with.
For my first grandchild, a lovely little girl, I went straight to Maisonette to order her layette: a combination of dresses, sweaters, playsuits and bodysuits; 11 pieces total. The first two items to arrive were sized 12-18 months - way too big for my granddaughter. I was upset and wrote a harsh email to customer service. Impressively, Maisonette got back to me the same day about the ‘too large’ pieces. I was offered a full refund or a 20% discount on the price. Msisonette also contacted vendors for the rest of my order to make sure they shipped the correct sizes. Still, I had no confidence my problem would be resolved. I was so wrong!!! Within a few days Maisonette fixed everything! Not only were the remaining items shipped in the correct sizes, they arrived with impressive speed. I am 100% satisfied with how Maisonette sorted this out. Their customer experience exceeds anything I have experienced before. And as beautiful as Maisonette’s clothes are online, in-person they are even more gorgeous. Instead of losing a customer, I am now a huge fan. I will be returning to order more items for my granddaughter soon. I will also point my friends to Maisonette’s site for their children and grandchildren.
