I recently lost my partners engagement ring and Jo at The London Store did an absolutely **AMAZING** job at locating my purchase history, identifying a virtually identical diamond, setting and band. She also managed to get it set and returned to me super fast so my partner didn’t even notice! Not all hero’s wear capes 🙂
I ordered a 3 stone diamond ring which was for my birthday, I was told there was a 5/6 week wait.. I contacted them saying I would have liked it sooner, Leighanne got in touch with the makers and ask for them to be put through as a priority.. I got a call less than 2 weeks later to say the ring was ready! I’m thrilled with my ring and also very thrilled with the service from start to finish! The service & communication was first class! So thank you very much❤️

What an amazing experience I had today when I visited, it’s my 60th birthday and picked a ring collected just over an hour later. I told them what we wanted to spend and I picked what I wanted. I was served by a lovely lady gave me all the information I needed. This is the second purchase, would go back without a second thought. Great service great people. Highly recommended.
