Hi. I am really disappointed in your service and app. I first time made an order and wrote my own address.The system, I don't know how, wrote two addresses: one was no mine shipping address and mine billing address.As a result, I did not receive my parcel, which was send to another address.I strongly recommend the company to make changes in their app and paying system.I lost my money and product, customer service didn't apology and said it's my fault. I advice to the consumers to check carefully shipping address and better to avoid this company.Shame on you!!!
Mix up on my order and there was no fuss - and I ended up with an extra bag of compost!! What more can I say??

Usually orders arrive safely but I ordered begonias sometime ago 10 have died but everything else has been okay I don’t think I will get begonias from them again as this happened before
I live in the Northern Scottish Highlands and we usually have travel plans in June; with a late starting summer compared to elsewhere there is an importance for me in products arriving as planned. Last year I ordered from a glamorous supplier which sent nothing as arranged (months out in some cases), not even in the correct order and badly packaged. This year Marshalls have offered varying supply dates and scrupulously kept to them while packing has protected exemplary products: this is how it should be done - attention to detail not just marketing fluff

The plants were poorly packed and were all tiny, not like good bedding plants at all. We had the same problem a couple of years ago. Customer services was efficient and we had some replaced but we will not be using Marshall’s again.
The plants arrived, beautifully packed without any plastics involved. They were a good size and really healthy.

I was disappointed with the size of the "super plugs" a couple of them seem to have barely germinated and were so small they died within a couple of days
