Good service from beginning to the end , good service in the shop in Norfolk , quick delivery , delivery men were great very polite ,( love the fact they put shoe covers on too). Up packed new mattress gave me instruction of care to the mattress . Love love the mattress too .
Everything went smoothly. Second time I’ve used MM and they were bang on both times. Very happy with new mattress.

Third time ordering. Had a double. Loved it. Sized up to a kingsize 3 years later and have just bought my son a double. Medium firm and so comfy, ive had my kingsize around 5 years now and still very comfy. Healthopaedic memory pocket deluxe 1000.
My delivery arrived to time and the driver/delivery man was most helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this Company for any future purchases.
, poor to start with as due to mess-up as to the first mattress, when I asked for "4" 6 inches to start with , and was too small , but then rated 4 after investigating it and got the right one in the end.
From walking into the shop to getting our bed delivered it was efficient, quick and super friendly. This was a second time we have purchased a bed from mattress man and if I ever will need a 3rd bed that is exactly the first place I will go to.

Mattressman have a really good website for choosing your product, I found it very easy to use, they kept me informed as to the delivery of my bed, and kept in contact by text, the delivery of my bed was on time and the delivery men were very helpful and polite I would not hesitate in buying from Mattressman again.
Very helpful and knowledgable staff, although ended up with a mattress protector I didn’t really want as got the hard sell!!!! But I am more than happy with the new bed and mattress I purchased and would definitely shop there again but with a firmer attitude next time 😂
