Had a problem with our new mattress. Rung customer services, spoke to a lovely lady called Azaria and after 24 hours, a few photos and about 3 calls back from her it was resolved! Azaria was quite possibly the best, most professional customer service person I have ever come across. She is a credit to your company!

Great product. Delay with the delivery but kept well informed which was fair enough. Delivery wasn't great though, left dirty plastic after delivery and marked divan when stripping it down.
Arrived a day late, but no problem. It was delivered right to my door and as I live in a block of flats, parcels very often get left anywhere. So very pleased, thankyou.

Communication throughout was great. Given a time for delivery, it was supposed to be delayed but actually turned up in the original timeframe. Company called 20 mins before delivery also!
Fantastic mattress exactly as described I was given estimated time for delivery and the driver called about 30 mins before to let me know that they were on their way
