Excellent customer care, advising throughout when my order would be processed. There was a slight unforeseen delay as my product was not in the uk. A card was sent in its place and when the wallet was received it was no disappointment. Very good value, nicely made, good presentation - would certainly recommend.

It arrived faster than I thought, so I received it well. I am very satisfied with the quality, design, color, texture, finish, and other details. Thank you for sending me a good product. However, I don't know if it's because it's a newly produced product, but both the product and the dust bag smell like urine. I've been taking the smell out of shady, cool, and well-ventilated places for about two weeks, but the smell hasn't gone away yet. I haven't been able to use it yet because of the smell. Is it the smell of leather dyeing? How can I get rid of the smell?
