Billy on the helpline was absolutely superb. I required a small plastic part for a patio set as the original had shattered. I contacted more in hope than expectation as the part was so small and inconsequential I felt nothing would come of it. Billy sorted a replacement and got it sent off to me within a day. He kept in regular contact and at no point did he make me feel like anything less than a valued customer with an issue he was happy to solve. He happily provided fantastic service from start to finish. Something that is rare in this day and age of automated helplines. Thank you Billy. You are a credit to the company

Vikki went above and beyond to help me with my order. I long storey sort I have a bbq and table now being delivered on the same day even though I ordered a week apart. She checked with stock and delivery people to ensure this could be done at the same date as the table had a later eta. She was lovely and helpful to speak to. So far I have ordered multiple items from maze ( my garden is practically a catalog ) And everything has been spot on. Thank you
I contacted Maze to enquire about purchasing extra clips to secure and stabilise my fabulous corner sofa set. Victoria from Mazeliving was quick to reply and efficiently provided a price for purchasing clips and posted to my home address within a few days. Great service!
Really poor back up service. Avoid. I bought a Maze fire pit table and 6 chair set last year for nearly 2k. Unfortunately, during the winter, a panel of the glass wind guard broke. I called Maze last week to try buy a replacement pane of glass. I was told on the call I had to email them with a photo which I did. It took them 4 working days to email me back and with this reply; “we have looked into our spares department for you and we do not currently have the glass piece you are looking for in stock. I would recommend contacting your retailer who will be able to help you with this. Alternativley we may have some in our spares department at the end of our season in September so you are more than welcome to check back with us then.” 1.the retailer is not going to open their boxed stock to give me a pane out of a set so that’s nonsense. 2. Thanks but ‘end of the summer’ really helpful. They are advertising the same set on Maze so clearly have stock. What’s the point in paying a premium price for a premium brand when clearly the after sales process is not fit for purpose. Staff clearly working from home so no use whatsoever. Buy a different product.
I bought a garden set 13 months ago. It’s a fabulous set. We started using it in May 2023 and very quickly the seam on one of the cushions started to split. I contacted Customer Services in June and they were great, no trouble ordering a replacement direct from the supplier. Several chase ups and Oct 2023 the replacement arrives. Only it was the wrong one. Customer Services were apologetic and another was ordered. It’s now May 2024 and several chase ups later I still don’t have it. It’s a fab garden set, we love it but it’s disappointing it’s taking so long and outstanding customer issues aren’t kept track of by the company. I’ve had to chase every time and now suggest an alternative way of resolving which shouldn’t fall to me to do. Hopefully this time it will be quickly sorted.
An fantastic delivery experience today with Marcin & Monika. What a great team you have. Very polite and friendly. They helped me identify each carton and it's contents on my invoice and then ensured all were placed and stored exactly were I needed them. They went above and beyond and always with big smiles. It's sometimes the final delivery piece of the journey that's lets many brands down....but your in very safe hands with Marcin & Monika. What fantastic representatives for the Maze brand.

We have never purchased from Mazeliving before, and after a faulty chair damaged in transit was delivered I thought here we go again with emails etc. However I could not be more pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from Teresa a senior customer service representative, Teresa has found a replacement for the damaged chair, although these products are now discontinued. I can only praise the customer service and especially Teresa, I will definitely use this company again and will recommend to my family and friends. Michael

Very pleased with our new Pergola. We went with Maze as their Pergola had the built in lights all included in the price. We also opted for the fixed side for one of the sides and the pull down wind breaker for the other. All works perfectly. Looks fantastic!
Ordered a pergola and there were a couple of missing items when my builders were putting it up but Maze sorted this and arranged for their team to come with the missing bits. Dealt with Vikki and she was more than helpful and promptly dealt with everything. Thank you so much Vikki.
I tried to have delivery delayed as we were going to be out due to a bereavement. I gave 2 days notice. Nothing changed and the delivery had to be aborted when the driver rang me 30 mins before arriving as a signature was (not surprisingly) needed. I then asked for the umbrella to be delivered a week later on 2 May but my request was ignored and apparently it will be delivered on the 9th May. Not great service for a £600 purchase frankly.
The customer service was 10out of 10 and Billy helped me with my order, I was recommended to buy my garden furniture from Maze from a good friend who told me how good the furniture is He has had his corner sofa set for a few years and it still looks new,
Contacted about replacement feet for the dining set we bought. Phobe replied over the weekend when not expected, and resolved the problem very quickly. Excellent customer services from Phobe.
The reply from the customer service adviser Billy was prompt and resolved the issue within 24 hours. A replacement was shipped as the product was still under guarantee. I think this is an excellent after sales service provided which is greatly appreciated.
