The delivery company had stopped sharing updates and ignored my repeated attempts to reach them, so after nearly a month, I wasn't sure what else to do. I then contacted McSport for help, and Akshay stepped in. Within two days, I had my order. Akshay was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Overall, a good company. Competitive prices and communication regarding delivery was well managed; their customer service was excellent too. We recieved our multi sports table in good time and found the product excellent. Really high quality and looks good. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! Went here a few weekends ago, and the service was SHOCKING!!!! Firstly I tried to order online with the sales team, zero help from them, as my product went "MISSING". Waited over 6 weeks for my bike which my wife ordered, it never arrived. They told me the owner would sort it out, never did. Useless. I was advised to go into the showroom where the staff had no idea about my situation or my order. They couldn't find my order to even give me a refund. One short lady was snappy and short with all the other staff members which put me off even more and made me feel uncomfortable as it seemed like they were already very busy and extremely short staffed in the shop. They were apologetic about the situation, I will give them that, but that's all they get from me. They offered me the showroom version for a cheaper price but it was in terrible condition. Was told that the owner would contact me to resolve my situation, still waiting six weeks later and realistically I cannot be bothered. Please save yourselves the hassle and go elsewhere.
