Needed a screen protector for my Apple Watch and found this one by chance while looking online for a similar product. Delivered promptly. A bit tricky to fix but does a first class job. Good value for money. Recommended.

Rob was Uber helpful with my specific requirements and between us we worked out the perfect custom size screen protector for my phone and case, which was on the front of my phone less than 24 hours later!! I don’t normally got to the effort of writing reviews online but I had to on this occasion to say that the screen protector I ordered for my iPhone 15 Pro is fantastic. In recent years I have noticed less and less companies making plastic screen protectors, I assume it’s to force people to pay for a glass one which will break and need replacing constantly keeping them in business by selling an inferior product. However, after a long search in the usual places (amazon, Apple Store and even the high street) I found this one via google search. I believe this is the only company still making non-glass ones… thank you so much for that! After emailing their team to ask about the material I was told that it was actually developed to rival glass as it has the same raw strength but as it's essentially a thicker version of PET it's impossible to chip or shatter which greatly increases durability. They also claimed that customers have used this protector for the entire ownership of their phones and at the end there is barely any evidence it was ever used. The gentleman I emailed also said his personal protector had been on for 18 months and still looked brand new. Having had mine for a week I can totally believe the claims, it’s obviously from the get go this has been properly researched and manufactured, a premium product for sure. This is the only screen protector I will ever buy going forward. I can’t talk it up enough. The package comes with 2 in case you make a hash of applying it first time round, but once it’s on, it feel as though it’ll last forever. Totally fair price too, would happily pay more to keep them in business because I never want the hassle of a shoddy protector again! Brilliant, never stop making these.
Zero customer services, no invoice, no VAT registration after years. All very odd.
I always buy these screen protectors for my phones and they are brilliant. Last ages and are great value for money. I had a problem with my most recent purchase and I contacted media devil to ask for help. Rob replied quickly with lots of information and offer of how to resolve my problem. Within a matter of days everything has been sorted out and I’m a very happy customer. Highly recommend this company and their products.
Quick and efficient delivery. Previously ordered Apple Watch screen protectors, this time had both watch and phone. Phone screen protector is excellent, didn’t bubble at all. Had an issue with the watch protectors, which I emailed about and they sent replacements without questions. Great product and company, highly recommended.

This company is amazing & in my view the screen protectors they make are way out front the best. I have used them on 3 phones now spanning around 10 years. The (acrylic) protectors are easy to apply when I follow their tutorial video - no bubbles or dust - & look beautiful in place. They have for me outlasted the life of the phone (& the last one was 5-6 years!) & still look pristine. The last 2 times I purchased the 'Eyecare Edition' which noticeably stops my eyes getting sore/ feeling strained. The touch screen sensitivity is not affected. Rob is incredible: very responsive to communication & goes out of his way to be helpful. He quickly created a custom made protector as my model was not listed on the website. 1000% recommended, simply hands down the best; & assured my custom for all my future phones. THANK YOU!
I’ve been purchasing Media Devil phone cases and screen protectors since the early 2010s (iPhone 4 onwards) and every product has been spot on and in most cases lasted longer than the phone! Recently my iPhone 12’s case (leather lined version) suffered a fault with the adhesive on the backing. The case was at least 3 years old and has spent a lot of time outdoors/up mountains etc, but I thought I would contact Media Devil. They replied very quickly, offered a full explanation from what they believe is a one-off fault in the adhesive, and immediately dispatched me a replacement and a refund for my initial purchase. All on a case I have been using for years! Brilliant, personal and efficient customer service and I remain a faithful customer of their excellent quality products.

Cannot fault this company at all, have been a customer for many years and have NEVER had such good customer service from any other company. Will never go anywhere else. The installation is horrible. I could not properly peel off the first layer as described in the tutorial. They were simply stuck together. After I did it with my nails, the protector was weirdly stretched out. I used all of the protectors in the package and I properly managed to apply the last one. However, there are still micro-bubbles/it looks foggy underneath, meaning the protector hampers the visibility of the screen. I ordered from MediaDevil because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, I believe I have received a faulty product and hope customer support can resolve this issue. At the moment, I would not recommend anyone this brand. Edit: I have reached out to Rob, who provided me with great customer support and sent me a replacement pack. The product I have received works well, and there are no issues.

I’ve always bought MediaDevil products as really prefer their approach to other products on the market. I have shared this recommendation to many also. I’ve recently had an issue which one screen, which Rob in customer support provided exemplary service to resolve.

I very rarely write reviews but was really impressed and grateful to Rob for all the effort he went through to ensure we were 100% happy with our purchase. Rob provided detailed answers and also went through the trouble of providing an instructional video to guide through the steps of applying the protector to our watch. I’ve been using this company for year to get screen protectors for my iPhone and iPad and they are amazing. I’ve tried glass and other brands but I always end up back to media devil. I’ve had my iPad Pro since 2015 and I’m still using the same screen protector. I recently got a new iPhone 14 pro max and had a slight issue with the protector, I contacted Mediadevil and Rob was fab. Very helpful, genuine and insightful. Helped me resolve my issue with amazing customer support. I now have a shinny new phone and screen protector to match. Love this company would highly recommend.
Updated from 1 start to 5 due to excellent customer service. After complaining about the edge of the screen saver not allowing a cover (it catchs and peels the plastic when you put it on) and the difficulty in alining it perfectly from top to bottom, they provided me with replacement screen savers slightly altered to my exact specification at no extra cost. I'm still not overall convinced about the product as even now the new version doesn't stick properly at the edge. However, this may be because there isn't enough overhang with the dimensions I provided for the plastic to stick to the screen. Therefore giving them benefit of the doubt.
