I’ve been using Petsupermarket for the past few months without having any issues, however the order I placed on Monday to date still hasn’t been dispatched (now Thursday afternoon), even though I paid the extra for next day delivery. It appears the item I needed is currently out of stock, which is quite poor service as the system should be sophisticated enough to recognise this before taking your money as I could have shopped elsewhere. Had no reply to date to the online enquiry form, called and got through to customer services within 5 mins and have cancelled my order, advisor was very apologetic as I now need to source elsewhere.

Absolutely useless

My cat is on medicated food due to a previous illness so I order from here from time to time to get that food. I needed it urgently so I paid extra to have it delivered today (Monday) as no one is home the rest of the week and he is going into a cattery on Friday. It's 17:30 on the specified day of delivery and it's not even been dispatched yet. No dispatch email so obviously no tracking number. I'd like to complain, cancel my order and get a refund seeing as I've spent the best part of £40 to have the food delivered today, but as with most online stores, the customer service is non-existent. Just a load of FAQs which do not help in the slightest. I won't use this retailer again due to the sheer level of incompetence and lack of customer care. Once they have your money they don't care, and good luck getting it back. This is the reason people use Amazon. You sometimes pay a bit more, but they're reliable and you can track it 100% of the time. Edit: Its now Wednesday morning (12:25am) and although it was dispatched very late on Monday evening, it still hasn't been delivered and is showing "Out for Delivery" Edit 2 : Thanks for the response, but customer services is not clear or visible on your website or emails. It wasn't the fault of Yodel, it was your fault for sending it late! I still want a refund for delivery. Maybe send me a link to contact you so we can resolve this?

Poor communication

Poor communication. Had to go and buy from another supplier in the meantime whilst waiting for the order to turn up. Will not use again.

Was unaware of an automatic reorder… No refund given

Was unaware of an automatic reorder process and I was unable to cancel/refund a day after the order was automatically made. Called customer support which was unhelpful and was told I am unable to return the product.

Poor service

Across the packs delivered I lost many tins due to poor storage before delivery. Packs were bashed, rusty and blown open so in quite a state when delivered. This was not the delivery problem as packaging was intact. Sadly this happened before and despite reports did not change so I cancelled my orders. This is my second try but poor show!! I have been refunded following a complaint but I’m not hopeful this will change!!

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Asking me if I was happy when I haven't even received it and it does not appear to have even left your warehouse. In addition I have had numerous emails telling me that items in my order are unavailable. This happens all the time. I am not going to shop with you anymore. Since you changed from Paws the service has been dreadful

Liars and thieves. Avoid.

On receiving delivery of a litter tray, I contacted them immediately to say it wasn't the one on the website that I ordered. No one responded. Three days later I sent a chaser asking someone to get in touch with me. They asked me to send photos. I did. That was nearly a week ago and no one has been in touch to address this issue. Sending items that are different to what they're selling online can't be legal, can it? I would strongly advise against using this company as they have only shown themselves to be dishonest and evasive. Two days ago they sent me an automated, 'we're always looking to improve' email asking me to rate their response to my issue. They literally have not responded to my issue but it was a kick in the teeth to receive an email suggesting they have. There are plenty of reliable places to get what your pet needs. Be cautious that low prices are being used to entice customers and then deceive them.

It’s been almost a week and I have not received my order of cat litter yet. It was received by Yodel and they say they are waiting additional details from Pet Supermarket before they can deliver. I will never recommend this company AGAIN
