They try and find any excused not to provide a refund and the “memory foam” mattress is just recycled foam and not memory foam at all.

Ordered our memory foam mattress, very simple process, great value for money, we did the old store visit’s and checked out similar mattress up to 5x the cost of the mattress that we purchased. We did our research and they is no difference between a mattress that costs 5x more for a bed store !! I would if given a Five Star rating - however the follow up process of our order wasn’t the best, no real date was given ( around 10 days ) - with buying the most expensive mattress on the site, I would of expected a bit more of a better service on the delivery times ! The delivery guys contacted us a couple of days before / on the day and arrived before the time on the day of delivery- they where 1st class set of guys. Would recommend the memory foam mattress- it’s very very comfortable, it’s our second purchase from memoryformwarehouse - and we saved thousands ££££ !!

I bought this mattress to use on the floor whilst away for a few days and I can honestly say it is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on! I got no aches and pains at all, Speedy delivery too! I will be using this mattress in a holiday let eventually and I am considering buying the king size to replace our Emma mattress at home.

DPD courier to blame - 1st package stolen by porch pirate. MFW sent a replacement out immediately/urgent shipment that arrived on the day I needed it. No quibbles at all. And lovely style / good customer service with the emails & all replies were very prompt (from Jade). Also, the product is excellent (Coolmax 5cm 50kg Memory Foam Mattress Topper).
Used memory foam warehouse 4 times now and every time they’ve been fantastic. Simple phonecall and they’ve always sorted me delivery at really good dates and times. Only recently I experienced an issue with delivery as believe changed the delivery company however they chased this up for me numerous times and it arrived in a reasonable time. The aftercare and team on the phone are fantastic and truly a great company to buy from. Only improvement is those delivery companies! Giving 5* as will always use you guys, thanks again.

We already have a coolmax mattress on my husbands electric bed and after I think ten years it’s still like new and has not dipped.
Excellent experience - super helpful service. We replaced an old snug mattress which had been great with an emma, boy what a mistake. Quickly sent that back and contacted MFW who provided a direct replacement in double quick time. Very pleased.
I am 76 years old and I was disappointed the company gave me no option for taking my old mattress. I would have been happy to pay a nominal charge. Also I asked the courier to take the mattress upstairs, he refused saying he not allowed to. Sorry I was not happy with the service.
Quick delivery, good quality mattress However the i ordered a firm mattress and wasn't to my liking so i exchanged it for a softer mattress the exchange was nice and easy and within a week I had my replacement mattress.
Having used this company in the past I was delighted that things have not changed, from the ease of ordering to delivery everything was great. Loving the new mattress.
