Received the item which was faulty and it blew my electrics. I tried this on several different sockets and every time it tripped the fuse box. So after packing and returning via Evri Parcelshop and asking for a replacement I’ve heard nothing since. Poor service and very disappointing.

well the drone that I purchased was faulty the drone wouldn't connect to the controller or through the wifi So it will be returned with them only offering a refund no replacement product was offered but the service I received was good just wish I hadn't had to test this and could get a working drone from them as a direct replacement as it was a gift

Bad experience at moment as what I have bought has broken very quickly but staff in my store are great
I was buying a tornado lamp which was a replacement for one that had been bought the year before. Unfortunately the previous lamp (also from MenKind) began making a loud noise from the motor. The replacement was on sale and I used click and collect. So whilst it wasn’t expensive to replace I think the quality could be better considering it wasn’t used that much. That being said my son loves the lamp and wasn’t willing to consider an alternative to it. The click and collect service was quick but wouldn’t give me the option to pick up from my nearest MenKind which meant a longer journey. Once I was inside the store it was easy to get. I should comment that the store stocks a number of items that are unsuitable for children and these are kept right next to the tills, so when I was picking it up my seven year old was with me and caught sight of a number of these things. The store itself has some great gifts for kids but I wouldn’t want them perusing the store themselves. Perhaps some of the spicier items could be kept a bit more out of obvious sight.
This site is a real discovery. It will be my first choice when I’m looking for presents for ‘awkward’ teens. I have even bought presents for next Christmas! Everything I have bought so far has been well packaged and promptly delivered.

I have already left one review but I’m so annoyed I had to leave a second. I ordered a Look fantastic men’s fragrance box and it arrived perfectly intact but empty. I had to sign a waiver stating that it was empty and a second was sent straight away, but again same thing, empty. I raised this again over a week ago, gave them one last chance to send another and they haven’t. Now I’m asking for a refund as I need to get another gift and I keep getting we’re investigating! I have provided pictures twice and both times wait 48 hours!
