This review is based solely on after sales and customer services. Delivery was timely and packaged well. Spoke with two members of staff regarding an issue raised with a mechanical part purchased for a road bike which was not functioning correctly. Both members of staff had very poor customer service skills and confrontational. Not sure if this was cultural behaviour or just bad manners. This was first and last time I would buy from this business.
