Possible Delays and Missing Items When Placing an Order
I am a professional photographer, and I have always wanted a phone with an amazing camera that I could use alongside my professional gear at weddings, especially for self-promotion. Phones have this amazing ability to share everything on social media, a feature I often miss in professional cameras. For instance, I can easily share a photo on Instagram. Xiaomi recently released the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. This phone has an amazing camera, and the Xiaomi store offers a LAUNCH BUNDLE with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra Professional Kit. When I saw that, I thought, 'This is game-changing; it will feel like a real camera.' So I decided to order it. Here is my experience with Xiaomi Store Ireland: 1. Unfortunately, the bundle didn't arrive on time due to the high demand for this camera phone. 2. When the package finally arrived, it was surprisingly small. Upon opening it, I found only the phone inside. 3. I reached out to the Xiaomi Store via email, and they promptly explained the situation to me and assured me that they would send all the missing items the following week. 4. Despite the delay, I finally received all the items. So, a happy ending, but with bumps along the way. Overall, I would rate my experience 3.5 out of 5 stars. By the way - camera on my new phone is really brilliant!
