I spoke with Daisy regarding the LED wheels I purchased for my daughter’s micro scooter, one of which had stopped working. After a brief exchange, she arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out. Can’t argue with that, great service!

I can't recommend Micro Scooters enough! The product after care is absolutely superb. We are proud owners of a trike, a mini micro scooter and cruiser scooter, as well as helmets and accessories.

Spoke with Sarah on online chat after the brake on our micro scooter (1 of 2 purchased) snapped off. 1 year warranty expired just a few days prior, however they didn’t quibble. Im super pleased as otherwise this scooter would have been totally unusable . Now also by twins won’t have to argue over the one working scooter!!!

I used the Whalsapp service after my sons brake broke on his Mini Micro scooter. I was not sure which one to buy so I sent them a message. Within 5 minutes Rosie messages back and told me exactly which brake to buy. Very helpful. Thanks
We have been loyal micro scooter users since my first born was around 1. He is now 10! We have had multiple scooters form micro and they last so so well. My oldest child scooters are always passed down to my second one. They are secure , they last and I feel so safe when my kids are riding them. Recently we have upgraded both of my kids scooters ready for spring and summer. There was a fault with my sons scooter ( the classic adult one) ant micro scooters team was so so helpful to address the problem and get the scooter returned and exchanged. We cannot fault the scooters and the costumer service is great. Love the scooters

Needed a replacement part for our 8+ year old scooter that I couldn’t identify on the website ‘spares’ Page. Used WhatsApp for contact and Rosie was able to very quickly provide a link to the part I could order. She offered a speedy, appropriate response and had a lovely manner. The scooter ( once repaired) is going to my sons school to be used by many in their outdoor play to get another life. A life lesser scooters wouldn’t have been able for.
Response was quick from Daisy especially on a Sunday and the replacement bolts were sent out the next day.
chatted to Catherine today, she was so amazing helping me to get a spare screw for Maxi scooter and assured me it will be with us in 3 days. Also advised not to use the scooter meanwhile - i felt really assured. Thank you Catherine again 🙂

Really pleased with Micro Scoot 3In1 delux plus. You tube video very helpful with assembly. Rosie in customer service was extremely helpful as a part wouldn’t fit, she sent a new one out which arrived next day. Exceptional service.
