Everything concerning the Microbrand Store was great. It would be nice to have an option for a courier as opposed to regular mail. The country where I'm currently working (not in EE) has an atrocious national postal service (high rates of non-delivery, loss, and mail theft). I would have paid more for courier delivery just to bypass the national mail service, it would have arrived quicker, and probably would have cost about the same considering the "administration fee" they charged me on top of the import duties (which was about 40% of the price of import duties). Edit after reply from the Microbrand Store: Thank you for the information. It's good to know that UPS is an option (at least potentially). I'll definitely be ordering from the Microbrand Store again in the future (though I'll probably wait until I'm based in a country with a more reliable mail service).
Just received my first Henry Archer watch this week. The watch looks amazing. It caught my eye on the website. I purchased the Nordso Glacier (skin diver). Purchasing the watch was an easy process. I received updated emails on the status of the watch. The watch arrived in a very timely manner. When I unpackaged the watch I was extremely satisfied on how cool the watch looked. This will be my first of many more purchases of Henry Archer brand

I purchased/preordered a Henry Archer Nordso from Microbrand Store late in 2023. It was due for delivery whilst I was overseas so they offered to hold the shipment until i arrived home which I felt was amazing. The preorder was delayed from Henry Archer and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and gave frequent updates without being prompted. This in my opinion is how you do business. I don't care if it's late if you tell me and give me an update. Perfect. Watched arrived in fantastic packaging and in perfect order. Faultless experience in dealing with Microbrand store and will 100% be back.

Hidden “overseas” which means you are paying top USD to another economy. No eta provided. Be prepared to wait weeks (3 so far) still have not received and it was a gift for last week. I will not be keeping if it ever arrives

The watch is of good quality. The dial of the watch however is of a different color than the picture on the website. I bought the wave watch which in real life is much more yellow (loom) than blue (like in the picture on the site). I didn’t bother sending it back because of the hassle.
