Wonderful item! I bought the 'little baby hand' necklace from this website in December '22 and have been wearing it every day since. I've never taken it off (not even for swimming or showers) and it still looks stunning! The chain is really strong and i have not expirienced any discoloration yet. Great quality and product! 100% recommend.

Je suis très satisfaite des deux bracelets commandés. Malgré qu’il y ai eu un soucis de livraison, le colis est resté bloqué plusieurs semaines dans le pays d’origine, Mila Cantes m’a renvoyé un colis en express afin que je suis obtenir ma commande en 2/3 jours alors que cela n’était pas de sa faute. Je recommande et remercie pour la bienveillance et réactivité.

Ordine effettuato l'8 dicembre ed a oggi 16 gennaio mai arrivato. Tracking fermo alla spedizione del 14 dicembre. Nelle varie mail di spiegazione rispondono che è in transito, fino all'ultima mail dove chiedevo un rimborso e non hanno risposto. Dai commenti noto che il mio stesso problema lo hanno avuto tutti quelli che hanno ordinato a dicembre visto che i commenti precedenti davano un'altra impressione.
Pacco ordinato il 12/12/2023 dicono che la consegna è garantita entro il 22/12/23 ad oggi nonostante la mail di reclamo non ci sono novità e il braccialetto non è mai arrivato in Italia.
Dear all , Once again I would like to express my totally unhappy state with this order. The Order date was 2023-12-15 and almost a moth past the order still waiting for dispatcher…. What should have been a happy Christmas present turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately I won't buy from your website again.
J'ai acheté un médaillon à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon petit garçon. Le médaillon est très beau et a deux photos à l'intérieur. Sur l'une des photos la tête de mon fils est coupée et une autre photo a insérer moi-même ma été envoyée. Impossible de le aire car me médaillon ne s'ouvre presque pas (à 45° seulement alors que sur les photos il semble s'ouvrir beaucoup plus). Je suis donc très déçue de mon achat à plus de 100€ alors que le médaillon est beau et qu'il me tenait beaucoup à cœur.
Ho ordinato un braccialetto il 10/12/23, regalo per mio marito per Natale. Ovviamente non è arrivato in tempo per le feste nonostante il tracking dicesse “consegna stimata entro il 22/12/23”. Ad oggi, 4/01/2024 non ho mai ricevuto l’ordine, mando e-mail per ottenere un rimborso e non rispondono nemmeno.

I have received bracelet with my daughter name and info, so I can gift it to my wife. My wife has received it. She was very happy for such a gift, but what happened next is the bracelet started to damage by it self, the metal was sprayed with some colour which was taken out exactly after 2nd day of use. I even sent an email with complaint and attached photos and proves, they told me that they will replace it, but they never sent me confirmation since 22nd december, I kept on sending emails with reminders, but they never got back to me. Watch out for the quality, if you don’t want to make your loved ones sad , do not gift this item, because it’s actually meant something. Gift them something from your local stores. My wife is sad looking at this. Emotions were ruined. Update 31.12.2023 : They never sent any update on delivery anymore. Be careful
Voto 1 perché zero non si può purtroppo! Ho fatto un ordine a inizio dicembre perché arrivasse entro Natale, parliamo di un braccialetto inciso perciò nulla di complesso… Dopo aver speso quasi 15€ per ricevere l’ordine entro 1-2 gg lavorativi, mi hanno scritto che non era possibile evadere la richiesta visto il periodo di feste e che avrebbero usato la consegna standard e che mi avrebbero rimborsato la differenza pagata per la spedizione rapida. Oltre a non aver mai ricevuto il rimborso per questa spedizione, non ho neanche ricevuto il braccialetto. Sono passati ormai 20 giorni. Scrivo al servizio clienti e fanno finta di nulla. Sono da denuncia, ma per 50€ non vale la pena denunciarli.
Pas de bonne qualité mais jolie quand même. J’ai reçu 2 colliers avec photo et gravés alors que je n’en ai commandé que 1 Presque 15 jours pour recevoir
I do not recommend!!! I ordered a bracelet, but a few minutes after I bought it, I canceled the order because I changed my mind. Contact with the store is very bad! I wrote in the website's chat, on the Instagram website and by e-mail. Of course I got answers, but I was ignored. They wrote on Instagram that they had a lot of messages and that I should contact customer service, and in the e-mail that the order was ready (I'm sure it wasn't, because the shipment was made 2 days later. I don't recommend it... I would definitely order the bracelet a little later for another occasion, but after being ignored like that, I definitely won't do it again.
Ich habe kürzlich ein Medallion mit 2 Fotos bei Mila Cantes bestellt. Die Bilder hatten keine gute Qualität weshalb ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt habe. Dieser hat sich dann mehrfach für diesen Qualitätsmängel entschuldigt und mir sofort Ersatz angeboten. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, ich würde nur die Bilder ersetzt bekommen, ich habe jedoch die komplette Kette ersetzt bekommen und die Fotoqualität stimmt nun auch & ich bin wirklich mehr als zufrieden. Es war sicher nicht mein letzter Einkauf in diesem Shop. Vielen lieben Dank für das Entgegenkommen 🙂
