I love Mío Skincare. The body butter is luxurious and smells great. All of the products are amazing and I'm elated that such a quality product isn't tested on animals.
Even I asked so many times why can’t I use the promotion code for the first order, I haven’t received a solution. But I want try your product, so ordered without the code. It was unhappy.
Your customer sign-up process was awful. After I started and had set up my password, I was sent an email asking me to set up my password (which I already had done). Then when I typed in my address into the search bar, the apartments listed went only to 14E, and I live in 14G. Finally, after putting in my phone number, I was told that there was an error. I had to figure out on my own that I needed to write my phone number without any "punctuation," but the site did not mention it. I was just about to give up. What a hassle!
Excellent products and service
Not all things are capable of being shipped to me and you don’t find out until you checkout. Please fix this. It should be automatically known when logging into your account.
First time I got body scrub orange color, I loved it how it feels after shower, one of the best body scrub I tried. This time I got to try something different, I really hope it won’t disappoints me🤞🏻 Delivery was very fast!

Not sure why 2 items could not be shipped to my address. An explanation would have been nice. Other than that, would give rave reviews for products and ease of site.
Website isn’t user friendly. Kept saying things weren’t available yet I could add to my cart and then at checkout said they couldn’t ship to my addresses. Ridiculous. MIO and mama MIO products should be able to be added to the same cart. Dissatisfied.

Great products, have been using the future proof body butter for a while now. Great scent and consistency, really helps with the upkeep of my fake tan. Came across your products on Look Fantastic and got a set of 3 products to try out. I made my last order on your website where I was buzzing to find that the future proof body butter was down to £10 in a flash sale. Safe to say I'm stocked up for a while! Also got some other products which I'm eager to try! Delivery was fast and website easy to use. Will be shopping again!
