I’ve been shopping at Miss Designer Golf for several years and would unreservedly recommend it for anyone who is looking for high quality ladies golf clothes at greatly reduced prices. Delivery is first class and on the rare occasions when I’ve had to return goods for size reasons the replacements are shipped within days. Always a very positive experience.

Great website and good offers… However, it’s very unreliable for deliveries! I placed an order that supposedly was shipped 5/2/24 and it included items for a friends birthday.. that has now well passed! Delivery still has not arrived! Where are deliveries coming from.,, 15 days?? This seriously has to be longest delivery time ever!!
I ordered a rain jacket on December 16th and received an email to say it had shipped on December 18th. There was no tracking link on the emails and to date the jacket has not arrived. Have sent two emails and left messages by phone which always goes to voicemail after ringing for a while. Due to lack of response am contacting my credit card company. Customer service to date has been non existent.
I can highly recommend Miss Designer Golf. One of my items was just not quite right and there was no trouble at all in having it replaced. Service as always was quick even taking into account my replacement item. All correspondence was dealt with quick and hustle free. I find the web site very easy to navigate and selection of products very affordable too.

I have been buying all my golf gear from Miss Designer Golf for a number of years. I don't think they can be beaten on the quality of their products or the choice of products. On the odd occasion I have been in contact with their customer service department I have found them to be excellent. So all in all I really recommend Miss Designer Golf.
Great selection of products at fair prices. One thing I would like to see is a free returns label which is more often that not the norm these days.

Experienced a problem with an order swiftly MDG put it right over and above. Excellent customer services,I have made many purchases and will carry on doing so quality and price good.
I reached out to MDG and disappointed by the customer service. I won 2 vouchers in a local competition and was unable to use both in the same transaction. Admittedly my own fault having forgotten about it, I reached out to see if they would honour the £10, explaining I'd still be spending over £50. The customer advisor was particularly unhelpful and no flexibility at all. I would order more regularly however, I resent paying £6.99 on shipping, and even £2 for larger orders, and if you're between sizes you're left footing the return bill. Perhaps its time to move from Royal Mail to a courier such as evri, might unlock more competitive rates & more regular custom.
I have purchased from MDG on a number of occasions and its great value for money and fast delivery. As a lady captain I have also purchased a number of products for prizes for our competitions and our ladies love them. Keep up the great work
I realise that MDG have moved warehouse and so have delays on delivery of products but communication has also deteoriated- the automatic email that one receives directly after order confirmation has incorrect dates in it and I got no response to two emails I sent. The delivery tracking/updating is not as good as it used to be. It feels like MDG is going through a transitional stage but I hope this doesn't mean a poorer service.

Miss Designer Golf is my ‘go to’ for all my golf requirements. Most retail outlets remain very male dominated and I always check this web site. The service is excellent. My granddaughter now plays golf so Granny is never stuck for presents.
