Terrible Customer Service

I received a faulty item (it came with stains and the tag removed - looked as though it had been worn). I reported this to Customer Services and they initially offered to refund my return postage. I then asked Customer Services if I had to return the faulty item in a separate parcel to the other items I wanted to return from my order and they confirmed that I could return everything in one parcel. I ended up returning my entire order because I wasn't happy with the fit of the other items (I ordered a bunch of two-piece sets and found the sizing to be really inconsistent across different styles). After returning my order, I was refunded incorrectly TWICE and had to send 3 emails to Customer Services to get this sorted. They also told me that since I'd returned other items from my order, they would no longer be refunding my return postage. Now I have to pay £4.98 despite keeping none of the items and receiving terrible customer service. This was my second time shopping at MissPap but it will be my last. I will also be avoiding all Debenhams brands in the future. EDIT: Customer Service's response below indicates how little they actually care about customer satisfaction. I understand returns are not free. The point I was trying to make was that considering I was sent a faulty item, and the hassle I had to go through to get my refund, you could've done more to make things right. You first refunded me £22.01, then adjusted the amount to £192.05 before adjusting it to the correct amount of £205.25. The irony was that you had refunded me for everything BESIDES the faulty item and I had to flag this to you before you realised your mistake. In your response to my feedback, there was no apology for: 1) sending me a faulty item and 2) getting my refund wrong twice. Instead, the message you seem to be sending across was more on the lines of "tough luck that you had to return your order - read our T&C's before you buy next time".

I had an issue with a refund. It wasn't processed for a few weeks after the return. I sent an email with all the details to customer service Friday evening and my request was sorted that evening in a few hours. I didn't expect it will be processed so fast. I cannot praise Jenny's customer service enough! I recently encountered an issue with my order where I received only one part of the set I ordered, causing quite a bit of inconvenience as I needed the outfit urgently for an event on Saturday. Jenny went above and beyond to assist me, swiftly arranging for a new set to be sent to me with next day delivery. Her understanding and helpfulness throughout the process were exceptional. Five stars without a doubt!

Trying to fool me

I ordered a bunch of things from Debenhams which were delivered quickly, however I was still waiting for a misspap t-shirt which was going to be shipped by misspap. So I take my time looking through and finding the item I like and you, instead of sending me the right one or say apologies but we don't have the one you ordered, you send me a random ugly t-shirt. Now you take more of my time because I have to pack it up and go out of my way to return it.This is my first time ordering with you and last one.

Sent wrong item - customer service review

Ordered a top on NDD and was sent the wrong size (not the size I ordered). Communicated my issue to the customer service team via SMS and they sorted it super quickly - sent out the item in the correct size on NDD at no extra cost. Very impressed as this was discussed yesterday evening and I had my new correct item by lunchtime today. Big thanks to Aymar & Danelyn!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - MONEY STEALING I had always loved MISSPAP and was a loyal customer. However, do not trust this company with your purchases. I made a purchase on MISSPAP though Klarna end of December and returned the full order the day after I had received. I had confirmation that I had returned the order. However - I have found out today that I am still being charged for the order? They have incorrectly reviewed the return and hadn't processed the full refund through Klarna. After raising my concern to MISSPAP - as I am eligible for a full refund as I returned the FULL order - specifically staff members 'Mei' 'Leonardo' 'Harvey' have all responded stating yes they can see I returned the full order "I can see our warehouse team confirmed all items originally returned have been processed and returned" - but can not refund me? This is because "As this has been over a month already" "Since it's been long for you to contact us" - they are "unable to assist further". So I have returned my order within the correct time period? I have confirmation that all items were received at the warehouse? But I am not eligible for a refund? Because it took me 'so long' to realise they had incorrectly notified Klarna and refunded me. Absolute Joke. If MISSPAP had just done their job correctly - there wouldn't have been an issue. APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM OF A BUSINESS. MY ORDER NUMBER IS PUK102055453 - Jack. There has been no message sent me to.

I buy over 4 to 5 times a year from this company big orders. The last order I made missed some items for which I raised a concern with. Apparently after watching CCTV footage of my items they was packed according to them I asked for the footage but they would not issue this to me. I have no idea what they recorded getting packed but it was not all my items. These are now owned by BOHOO for which I did not know had I known I would have never ordered. BOHOO dont give a damn about customers and are owned by Indians which explains a lot. ( not in a racist way) I love Indian people many of whom are my friends. The Indian ethic though you only need to look at Rishi Sunak is that they don’t give a damn about consumers or their rights. Practically run sweat shops and don’t care about people. I advised I’m going through an illness at the moment and can’t afford the loss something for which they seem to not care about the lack of compassion. Avoid and order of CIDER who are so nice!!

Worst customer service

Purchased dresses from Miss Pap which didn't fit. Being in Dublin I have been trying to return these. The return portal on the website produces a QR code which is not recognised by any courier or postal service here in Ireland. I've contacted customer service 15 times by email and keep getting ridiculous responses from different people every single time. Now been told to contact Debenhams customer care service. Absolutely the most stressful and frustrating thing I've ever experienced from an online site. I'm ready to scream. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Pity, as items are lovely and worth paying extra on customs import taxes.
