Sold me a second-hand broken item.

I bought a desk charger from Mobile Fun and paid for next day delivery. When the item turned up it was filthy, in broken packaging and did not work. Clearly they had sent me a return instead of a new product. I returned the item telling them what had happened. I had to chase them regarding the refund, and they tried to only refund the item cost. Why should I pay delivery for an item that should never have been sent? Had to send repeated emails to get all of my money back. What a total waste of my time-AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Don’t buy anything from this lot

My initial response was that given below. However, they did get back to me eventually to say a replacement had been sent out and true to their word a replacement duly arrived and works. So I would say they have redeemed themselves, just a pity this happened in the first place. I think I would buy from here again. (Don’t buy anything from this lot! They are a bunch of crooks. I bought a charging cable from them, it didn’t work so I returned it for a replacement and despite trying to contact them have heard nothing.)

what a joke! ordered £80 worth of accessories for Samsung s23 ultra glass screen protector arrived faulty was told to try this and that to fix with no result so offered a genuine Samsung film x2 cover and charged extra £2 by PayPal and ive never heard from them again every time i try to contact customer service it says there's been a error Avoid these scammers

Mobilefun UK is not the place to buy

I have frequently made purchases on this website without any issues in the past. However, my recent experience with my last two orders has been problematic to say the least. I bought a new phone, a Galaxy S24 Ultra, for $1100. On the same day, I also ordered a Zizobolt holster with a belt clip and a silicone protection film from Mobilefun UK. However, despite over a month passing since placing the order, I have yet to receive it. Upon contacting customer service, I received a peculiar response: They claimed that the order was lost in transit, which seemed very unlikely, and offered a replacement. This replacement was dispatched three days ago and is expected to arrive by mid-April. Similarly, my second order, placed a day later, has not arrived either. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not received a satisfactory solution. They informed me that the order had no tracking number, making it impossible to track. When I requested an express delivery for the replacement, I was told that courier service does not cover my area, which I find very hard to believe. If it were in their interest to resolve this matter, they might have proposed an expedited UPS delivery at their expense, which, of course, did not occur. Additionally, I have requested a refund for my second order, but have yet to receive a response. I am deeply disappointed by the handling of this situation. I am unable to use my new phone as it lacks protection, despite already spending over $100 on protective accessories that have not arrived. While Mobilefun UK is typically regarded as a great website, I will not be making any future purchases from them. The customer service has been very bad, with long response times and unhelpful answers. I am still awaiting the arrival of my replacement order and the refund for my second order. If you value your money and expect good service, I strongly advise you to consider purchasing someplace else.

Don't Work Here

If you're looking for a one-stop shop of sexism, discrimination, racism, homophobia, harassment & more like this. MobileFun is your place to be! The workplace environment is appalling, there is no diversity & no room for growth - professionally & personally. Disgusting comments made by Managers is actually endorsed by the Directors & encouraged to make others feel uncomfortable. As employees, we are told that we are not allowed to converse with others but yet the Managers & Directors are constantly wasting time & have absolutely no clue what they are doing in their own jobs. Collaboration isn't encouraged at all & if you are able to get a good idea across, it is either axed or taken away from you. They do all they can to make you feel like you're not welcome, then tell you it's your own fault. Don't put your effort into this company! Find somewhere that will invest in you as a worker & as a person. I wouldn't encourage anybody to work here & don't even bother with the interviews because the way that these Managers talk about potential employees, current employees & past employees is vulgar. They discriminate against young, old & coloured people (openly), yet they are happy to steal our culture. It's a classic coloniser move! Divide & conquer! The Marketing Manager is absolutely vile. He has no idea what he is doing & very much relies on the information & support of ill-informed people. He is a gaslighting, narcissist with no mind of his own & is happy to make others feel low just so that he can feel better about himself. He doesn't pass on work that his team is trained for (unlike him), creating campaigns, NL's, graphics & directing YT with poor vision & ugly aesthetics. He tries to use people to gather information to then report back to the Directors but genuinely has no idea how to interact with others. Only thinking with one thing in mind too. Steer clear! Harassment will follow with this one. The Products Team Manager, clueless. She has no experience & again happily takes on the support of ill-informed people. You can tell she is just coasting by & has zero people skills. Very much not willing to train people, as she thinks it's beneath her but yet gets annoyed when her team doesn't do their job correctly. Also racist! The Commercial Director is one of the weakest human beings I have ever met. She has manipulated & power played her way into a position that seems like she is irreplaceable. But in reality, everyone is replaceable in the work force & definitely needs to be brought back down to earth. She will do everything & anything (& I do mean anything! Use your imagination) in her power (which is actually very little) to break down & treat people poorly, just so that she can feel like the most senior person. She doesn't realise that as strong people, we will continue to grow & better ourselves no matter where we are & she will always stay the same because she is just so weak as a human. She has even been known to steal people's ideas & pass them off as her own. Absolutely useless & disgusting human. The LoveCases Manager, steer very clear! She is toxic & also racist! HR, HR who? Don't trust HR here! She doesn't have your best interests at heart at all! She plays victim to lure people in, to then gather information to use against you & report to the Directors. Extremely loose lipped (to put it kindly). She is also around more than you think, so just be aware of your surroundings when maneuvering around this company. The CEO is also just coasting by. HE has no idea how to run a business properly & also encourages the bad work environment! It's actually astonishing how long this company has survived & 100% there is something fishy going on in the background business. Don't get me wrong, there are some good elements but every one of those elements are stripped away & taken away from you! Don't offer positivity or respect to these people because they'll do anything they can to ruin you! There is no space for others mental health & again they will do all they can to make you feel like it's your fault but it really isn't. Always remember, Feb/Mar is firing season here! So don't be surprised if you're hired & then suddenly dismissed not even a month later! Genuinely though, they'll use any excuse to get rid of you ie. not enough effort, unprofessionalism, the fact you're pregnant, disability. You name it, they'll find a way to use it against you! Trust your your gut here & stay private! If you do end up working for MobileFun & you see all these & have these experiences, please just know that it's not in your head & that others have been through it & worse! These people think work is their life & it really shows in every aspect of their lives. This is just a job & you don't need to break your back for people who don't invest in you professionally & personally.

Wow what a company!

Wow what a company! what I thought was a reputable company, order placed over a week ago, EVRI due to deliver 13th March, update on tracker states unable to deliver await further updates, it's now 16th March and no update, and very difficult to contact Mobile fun Customer services for such matters, had ordered early as away next week and wanted to use products for trip, have contacted mobile fun using another option. let's see if they respond to resolve or even deliver the items. Will remain 1 star until fully resolved, Sad as I have used Mobile fun in the past and no issues

I've used Mobile Fun for many years now, they're a trusted outlet with a reasonably quick delivery timescale. Not better than Amazon, but then again they're not Amazon. I bought a cigarette lighter USB charger and a dual port mains power charger, no problem with either. I have seen some negative reviews on here, Mobile Fun should really respond to these and it does disappointment that they haven't as yet.

They sent me an Apple Watch bracelet in a different colour to the one I ordered. When I wrote to customer support to report the situation, they didn't reply to my message but hastened to correct the model of the bracelet (which refers to the colour) on the website. I'm waiting for them to recognise the mistake they've made and express a willingness to resolve it, but I'm still not getting an answer.

Buy elsewhere - clueless chancers

Buy elsewhere! Either they don't know what they are doing or they are chancers selling expensive chargers that don't do what the website says. Website and email reply tell me the Samsung 45W charger will charge my S20+ faster than the 25W charger - WRONG. The S20 Ultra is the only one which will charge at 45W - the maximum charge rate for the S20+ is 25W. Take your business elsewhere. Many sites tell the truth Inc GSMArena.

Order bot receieved after 3 week!

I ordered a phone case and its been 3 weeks and it hasn't arrived still from UK. There is no contact telephone so you cant speak to anyone! You relay on email. By email they told me to wait a further week then email if not received. 3 weeks for a despatch by royal mail for a UK despatch and delivery is clear the order isn't going to arrive! If I do not get a response for a replacement I will dispute with my bank to get my payment back!

Poor product poorservice.

I have used Mobilefun many times over the years however the latest order was a poor quality product which was returned. However still no refund or update received from Customer services after nearly 6 weeks even after emailing for an update 2 weeks ago. Poor product, poor service.

Chargers being advertised as genuine…

Chargers being advertised as genuine which, once received, clearly aren’t. All 3 chargers ordered led to having 3 costly repairs done to my devices. No one replied any emails. I’m still waiting on a refund and am prepared to go further if I need to.

Order not received and cannot contact customer services

I ordered the wrong case for my phone, which I only realised after I has received the order. I had ordered one for the Xperia 5 instead of the 5V, easy mistake so I simply ordered the correct cover. For the second purchase, however I did not receive a dispatch notification and after a week of the order not arriving, I checked the confirmation email and my bank account. The money for the second purchase had been taken from my account and I did have a confirmation email, however after closer inspection, I noticed that this was an exact copy of the confirmation email for the first order I made. Same case, same order number and same date or purchase. Obviously this is incorrect. I have tried to contact customer services but the page for emailing them will not load. I left feedback through their page, leaving my email address and asking them to contact me. Over a week later I have heard nothing. I've tried their customer care again and it still will not load the page. I have put the email address directly in to a blank email and it is coming back unavailable. So I have had my new phone for about 3 weeks now, having paid over £20 but still have no cover for it. Not a happy customer, to say the least.

Product defects, horrible return communication

I bought 2 cell phone cases from MobileFun. When they arrived both had defects. I logged a return and they said they would get back to me with the return details. I have sent follow up mails, no accountability at Mobilefun. Rather stay away.
