The experience with yourself was great! Everything was simple and easy to do, the only down side is the choice of courier! DPD have done nothing but mess me around to get me to pay more money for delivery or I lose a days wage!

Very bad experience. It was not clear about the condition of the handset. It was marked new on its site, but it was in fact refurbished when delivered. I immediately contacted them and returned the handset to them within TWO days from placing the order online. It asked me to pay for its return by special delivery and refused to cancel the contract with Three. The agent was very unhelpful. While you think that they are desperate for money, the way they operate simply puts people off. Don't touch it.
