Beware of refund policies. When making a return the website has allowed me to request refund (I was slightly out of the refund period) but I was offered a full refund instead of an exchange or gift voucher, which I chose. Everything went through fine and I received an email saying the refund was processed and money would be sent back to the original payment method. After a while I did not receive the money so contacted the company to be told I could only get a gift voucher not a refunded. Fine but why let the refund go through and say it was processing? Nobody from the company was going to inform me so my money would have been lost and after challenging them they said it was a system error! Which is not the first time over the years I have been a customer they have given this excuse for incompetence. Please keep an eye on any returns and keep your email correspondence.

I ordered an engraved golden pendant and chain for my child's birthday. The parcel arrived with only the chain. I sent the parcel back and requested a refund. Various different agents are accusing me of lying about the order I received AND refusing to reimburse me. My child's birthday has now come and gone and the company refuses to telephonically speak to me. I've requested a refund. I am really anxious to resolve this.

My wife posted a locket back to be engraved but unfortunately it somehow got lost along the way. Understandably she was rather upset but the customer service at Monica Vinader was absolutely excellent. They arranged for a new one to be sent out having been engraved with our children’s names. With it being our wedding anniversary this week they posted it back to us on an express delivery. Truly exceptional customer service. Thank you so much for all your help!
