I still have items from 20 years ago, albeit I csn no longer fit in them sadly. The skirts and dresses I purchased, always garnered positive comments and questions about where I got them from. These last 5 years or so, Monsoon has been parading 'The Emperor's New Clothes' far too long. Awful designs and patterns. Print reminiscent of every table cloth spec going. Wild and unrecognisable floral prints and worst of all constant stitching fails. I have to regularly stitch a lot of my Monsoon wear. There was a time I couldn't wait to spend my reward vouchers, but now, I no longer care. Still appreciate the range and generosity of sizing across materials. Oh and when you use models to advertise the clothes, at least put them in decent looking footwear or none at all.

Waste of time and money.Horrible customer service

I have ordered a few times at Monsoon and was relatively satisfied. The quality is not great, but my kids had seen some clothes they really wanted so I gave in. I have always returned part of my order and until now all went ok. The last return was refunded incorrectly so I wrote to the customer service and they said (after explaining the issue to them about 5 times) that they would look into it. This happened 2 weeks ago, I’ve sent a reminder a few days ago but they didn’t bother to answer. I do most of shopping online and this never happened before. I obviously won’t be shopping at Monsoon anymore but to those who do, check your refunds carefully !

I love your clothes but your admin is…

I love your clothes but your admin is atrocious. I am a rewards member and never get to use my vouchers as when I checkout it says not valid. I requested for points to be corrected over 2 years ago this has not been done and I have lost every rewards voucher and then get emails saying my query has been resolved when it hasn't. Can you please resolve my query which is now over 2 years old.

Monsoon took an unauthorised second…

Monsoon took an unauthorised second payment and when I contacted them to resolve it I was offered an apology and that was it. They told me I needed to contact the bank or just wait for the money to be released (after I told them that the bank said they can’t release the money). I find it disgraceful that Monsoon are holding on to a large sum of my money and refusing to help or even take it seriously! Be wary of buying from Monsoon!!!

Poor customer service

I returned a bag to get a refund. It has been almost 2 weeks and they have misplaced my delivery. When I email, they say they are investigating then they just close my complaint as 'resolved' without actually resolving anything or replying to my emails. First and last time I shop with them do not recommend at all due to poor customer service.

I wrote after buying two jumpers to request spare buttons in case they were needed (they should have been in the plastic bag attached to the inner size tag) but were missing- told by monsoon, in future dont write via head office customer care dept as we dont have a live dept there - and then and we dont supply spare buttons either by request - they hadn;t even supplied them IN the actual garment bought either!

Disappointed in both faulty product and…

Disappointed in both faulty product and customer service I bought a blouse and first time of wearing both buttons on the left cuff fell off as I was walking down the steps of a museum. I couldn't find the button and the cuff and sleeve was just flapping around. I checked out the other cuff and one of the buttons was literally hanging from a single cuff. I was out for the day so had to spend the rest with great ballooning flappy sleeves. On emailing customer services they said I had to go back to the store I bought it from to have a discussion with them to inspect the product and my proof of purchase.. Bearing in mind I was visiting Cheltenham for the day this is challenging and I helpful. Luckily I'm going next week but this will put me out even more having to go in person I feel like despite sending photos that I'm not believed and the lack of cross channel service in this day and age unacceptable Poor quality Poor customer service Such a shame as I had bought another blouse online...maybe that will be my last purchase Updated to 2* for the customer service received in store which is great However the overall offering of only being able to return a product bought in store by going into the store seems outdated. I want to support having physical shops but the policy of having to return items to a shop is a real blocker for me I'm afraid.
