I made a rookie mistake and ordered 250 business cards with the wrong email. I reached out to MOO asking for a discount code & explained the situation since I would have to reorder them all.. MOO ended up replacing the entire order for free. As a first time new business owner, I am extremely satisfied with the grace and customer service MOO gave me!

Dont trust the delivery from Moo.

Dont trust the delivery from Moo. The Business cards were ordered and I paid for a tracked delivery. They still haven't arrived and impossible to talk to anyone at Moo. They have outsource delivery to UPS and they have not bothered to deliver and said the delivery was refused. This is not true so no printing, Moo has not sent a refund

Wow Tiffany was great!!! I was confused on a company policy, she not only informed me more on the policy, but found a solution, then proceeded to make my day as a customer!! Great Quality / Poor Customer Service

For print and finish quality alone, I would give them 5 stars. For ease of use and customer service, it's a zero. Here's why. Pretty much every print shop on Earth has what are called "multi-set business cards", meaning same design, but different data for different employees. Names, titles etc. as a standard product. Moo has no option to set up an order like this except for uploading 1 front and multiple back files. No big deal. I did that assuming the cards would come boxed in stacks per employee. Common sense right? Not for Moo. The person at the end of the boxing line apparently shuffled them like a dealer at Vegas and we ended up with 1200 cards for 12 employees in a completely random order. Meaning we had to waste hours of our time sorting them ourselves. I called and very politely mentioned the inconvenience and the woman on the phone got rude with me fast and basically blamed it on the way I uploaded the files... Guess she forgot that this was literally the way Moo told me to upload them, and also the only way it's possible to do so on their site. There is no checkbox or standard order for "multi-set" card orders. We'll be going with another vendor next time.

My initial business cards came out slightly offset with the printing. I contacted Moo Customer Service and Julian G was such a help. They acknowledged my concern and without hesitation offered to reprint them free of charge. Within days I already received a confirmation that the new ones were in their way. 2 Print Jobs 2 Screw Ups - Be Warned

Moo Printing’s production quality is CRAP and I learned that the hard way...TWICE! If you have a small print order, understand now that Moo pays no attention to quality control. NONE. ZERO. This is the second business card printing job in 2 years and they botched BOTH OF THEM. And they agreed both times it was their mistake. I was hoping the first print job, which was an annoying “cluster” for me and an embarrassing “cluster” for Moo, was a one time mistake. We all make them. Second chance time. Since Moo gave me a credit from the first botched business card printing job, I thought I would use them for the new business card design. I called Moo customer service as I was ORDERING the new cards to ask them to please check this order through to production so there would not be a problem this time. They said OK. Cards came yesterday. Sent pictures of the poorly misaligned cards to Moo...they saw their mistake, they are embarrassed. No artwork error on my part. This is on them...again. Moo is now reprinting and NOW will have somebody check the order....so they evidently only enact quality control AFTER a problem...not before to assure their will not be a problem. Sorta the same logic of installing a street light on a corner AFTER numerous car accidents there and then only after someone finally dies on in a car accident. Say No Moo if you are a small business owner.
