Swift and sorted it within minutes. My account wasn’t showing my latest purchase, no confirmation email, my bank statement indicated the payment had been made. 1 nervous email later, it was sorted in a flurry of activity. Great job
Great customers service and guarantee commitment. The response communication via email has been excellent and great to see the team responding within 4 hours of any email sent to them and its not auto generated. I had a issue with Jacket which we bought for our son and the team was very quick to review and ship the replacement jacket. Excellent Customer service. Joe was very helpful in sorting a problem caused by the currier. He went out of his way by contacting them on my behalf and then confirmed everything in an email to me. Very nice guy and very helpful.
I had a delivery problem that the carrier seemed unable to resolve. I contacted Mountain Warehouse, where Joanne could not have been more helpful. She dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently and politely. Nothing was too much trouble. Sadly, this kind of service is all too rare nowadays, thank you Joanne!

My problem was solved.
Joe was really helpful when I rang and queried why only one of my returned products had been processed. He reassured me that they had received both products and he processed the other while on the phone. He was very helpful and it was so nice to speak to a person and not have to wait in a queue. Thanks

Mountain warehouse has a very easy to use website, good prices ,amazing quality . The staff at mountain warehouse are exceptional I recently bought something that needed returning and they talked me through each step very clearly through email and have great response times . The team I spoke to are always friendly and want to help the customer in any way they can .I highly recommend mountain warehouse and there team of staff. enough
Unfortunately even though the hiking shoes were extremely comfortable but turned out to have a defect, the customer service and return was amazingly easy.
