This company is very keen to sell you a new mower but when it comes to buying spare parts they are most unhelpful they don't answer your emails and most unhelpful when you phone they directed me to a company in France which are no better

Great Product, terrible delivery

I so desperately wanted to give 5 stars and do to Mow Direct. Great prices, easy to use website and item despatched promptly. So at this stage a flawless process. Then you involve FedEx TNT, the couriers. They attempted delivery and nobody was home, so what I hear most say and like you wasn’t disappointed. The card left had some random package number that didn’t relate to me or my address, so trying to book a redelivery via the website was useless. So I called and after 45 mins spoke with a Human! Well I think it was human, nope couldn’t find my package. Then told me it wasn’t Fed Ex it was TNT and call ended. Yeap you’ve guessed it another hour of pressing buttons until I found a human who said I needed to speak with FedEx and not TNT. (They are the same company now) So the circle continued until I spoke with somebody who had a brain and searched the delivery postcode- genius (No not really) but trying give them some credit. They then asked for the package number which of course didn’t match and I failed validation. Oh my god!!!! Eventually delivered several days late and at no convenience to me and I’m delighted with the product. Mow Direct please consider another courier company these clowns are letting you down.

Delivery was fine, poor lawnmower. Not as good as the write-up suggested. As for saying I had the cheaper one without electric start, the electric start doesn't cut the lawn a bit like this lawnmower. Shockingly cheap and not so cheerful !

Only one height setting works on my mounfield ride on mower which is the highest.Any other digs into turf. After initial expressions of interest then failure to get back to me and after sending photos I was given the farcical response that it was moss causing the mower to sink ..Apparently my model is only suitable for bowling greens not every day garden use. No attempt to send a local tradesman to check.

I feel my concerns are not being addressed

Initial contact was good but slow. This was understandable given the fire that significantly impacted Mowdirect's business. I took delivery of a mower in November 2023. I used it twice before storing it in my garage for winter. Unfortunately, the lawnmower (Energizer EZ40TDE40N 40v 3-in-1 Cordless Lawnmower) did not work when I took it out of the garage in March. I contacted Mowdirect by email to ask for advice. I then followed this up with a phone call after no response and was told to contact the manufacturer in France! This yielded no progress. I then wondered if the problem lay with the battery or charger and again contacted Mowdirect. I noted that the battery was manufactured in 2021. I bought the mower, battery and charger in 2023. I'll give an update on how this is resolved

Ordering on line very user friendly. Ladies who dealt with my order were very friendly, polite and professional in their approach. Although the mower I ordered was not available due to manufacturer having no stock available. The ladies I dealt with offered an alternative and were very helpful. Unfortunately due to requiring a certain spec of mower sadly i did place an order but will most certainly revisit if and when required. Thank you

A quality robust machine offered at an excellent price.Within 12 months of purchase I found a serious fault & I was put through to Sally in customer services. Sally’s help was invaluable & despite having a major fire in their warehouse resulting in loss of parts & stock Sally had the patience to guide me through the online process of contacting their sister company in France, ultimately resulting in a full refund. At the age of 67 I’m a real dinosaur with modern tech, so thank you Sally for your 5 star support over this matter. I will not hesitate in making further purchases with this company when the need arises.

We had a problem with the online ordering as when I tracked the order it had apparently been cancelled. I called mow direct and I must say the lady I spoke to was more than helpful. I was informed that online orders had been a problem and just to order over the phone. After the initial problem the service was excellent.
