The returns policy meant that I lost the discount I got when I first bought the boots, so now I can't reorder as I can't afford them anymore 🙁 And the only reason I had to return them was the fact their size guide is rubbish and I ordered as per their advice, which made me order the wring size. Had to spend 35 euros returning the boots and am left with no boots and a nice hole in my bank account. Thanks.
No very pleased they leak when you walk into water above 6 inches in the left one very comfortable, but a pair of neoprene wellies would not leak. Next time I will know better. Pat.

Very bad customer service after they get your money I ordered a pair of muck boots via the EU website and the boots arrived from England no problem. They were too big. Before ordering, I had measured my feet as per the instructions on the website and used the size guide but they were two sizes too big. I contacted their "customer service" by email ( there is no telephone number for the EU site) on 16 August to ask about an exchange considering the product was the wrong size due to a mismatch between the physical size of my foot and the company's size guide. No reply. As I was afraid that I would run out of time to return the boots (from Ireland to UK) I paid the 28euro to return the boots. In the box I put my email, a follow up email on 18 August, a receipt for the return, photographs of my feet and the measuring tape which confirmed my measurement was correct, and ... still no reply. On 21 August, I telephoned the customer service for the UK and a very nice lady located my emails, explained that there was an error on the sizing and would speak to her supervisor about getting me a discount code for ordering a smaller size. She said she would email me back. No email. I telephoned again today to follow up, and a less than helpful lady told me (a) as there was no telephone number for EU orders, she could not help me as I had contacted the UK customer service (b) I would have to email customer service again. (c) when I advised that they do not reply to emails and that I thought their customer service was not very good, she said sorry about that and ended the call. I am at my wits end with this crowd.
