relatively small range focused on quality with good prices. bought large pot in sale. bit nervous about buying something based on photo only but so happy with what arrived immediately ordered same pot in different colour. delivery notes double as seed packets, nice touch.
Silk tassel tree was very healthy on arrival with plenty of tassels and pot was sturdy and a good size for the plant. Super pleased as I bought the tree at a discount price. Would have happily paid the full price!

My 2nd time using muddy trowel and I was really disappointed to see my christmas tree upon delivery, the tree had lots of gaps in branches and generally looked quite sad. I was actually a bit embarrassed when I had people over during the festive period. For £137 I'd expect much more, I won't be using again. 2 stars as the delivery guy was fantastic and super friendly.
Very badly pot bound. Badly pruned, didn’t look much like a Xmas tree. It had been topped and needles were dropping. I repotted straight away, fingers crossed it will survive, but it will never be a great specimen
I ordered a living Christmas tree from Muddy Trowel. It arrived swiftly and in excellent condition. No problems. Would recommend.

Nice Xmas tree 🌲
The delivery guy was nice and brought the tree to my door, on the first floor. The tree was full, but I didn't like that the branches were pointing up and there was no smell of Christmas tree in the house. It also died fairly quickly, but I only watered it once and not immediately after receiving it, as instructed. It was nice to have a tree and my cat had a blast trying to climb it, but it was underwhelming enough that I'm now considering getting a fake one.

Lovely Xmas tree, delivered to my door very healthy although not grown in the pot as web site suggests as was clearly just potted. Poor advice stating keep in home 1 month when it should be 12 days max ! Even then the tree did drop quite a lot of needles before returning outside. An email from company does state will lose some needles all in all very happy with tree lots of compliments as very bushy and lovely scent.
