Hate this site with a passion. I tried to stop all annoying marketing emails, they don't allow it. So, I emailed them to sort it out, they said it was all fixed, and then received 10 emails in the next 3 days. I dont want emails, I dont want texts. I'll use them as and when I want without reminders and offers. It's an insult to the people on a budget. They have NO empathy

Great customer support and value for money

Ordered around £40 of chicken (great value), ended up having to cancel my order. The customer support was fantastic, I received an email response very quickly and the issue was solved within a few hours; I was even sent the food anyway after the refund due a mistake and was allowed to keep it. Will definitely recommend using their service, I will again in the future

No show hamper

Ordered my 1st hamper on Sunday was supposed to arrive Wednesday apparently it was delivered at 12:33 and left outside according to them and dpd. The team sent me a picture of where it was delivered shock !!!! It wasn’t my house I’ve now sent pictures of my front and back door and given then clear instructions to where I live. Funny I’ve not heard anything back since. Absolutely fuming is an understatement.

The meat is top quality

The meat is top quality, cannot fault it, have been ordering for the last 6 months no issues, new website had teething problems but no big deal all sorted now, only get my meat from here now, and been promoting to friends and family, Keep up the great work 👍🏻

Absolute let down …

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company ordered €60 worth of food was meant to be delivered on the 30/4/24 the day before this I was contacted to say there was a supplier problem and it would be the next day so I said that’s fine then on the day of delivery I was contacted again to say it would not be delivered for another day. I received no apology or explanation horrible service provided would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just made my first purchase from Muscle Food and it went very well. The food was delivered on time and was great pieces of meet at a very competitive price. I incorrectly put in my email address and contacted customer services, Theo was polite and informed me that my order had been dispatched and DPD would be contacting me. I will use again

An absolute disgrace!

Musclefood were an honest provider and a great help to my diet. Now they are just a money grabbing corporation. They have recently undergone a change in their website - transferring all the account information as before. However they very conveniently keep your existing subscriptions in the old website which is no longer accessible - hoping you would forget so they can keep collecting your payments. I have no way of changing this or cancelling my order. The support team confirmed this to me and haven't helped with this at all so far! This preadatory practice is a poor reflection on their senior management! The issue is currently ongoing with email the only way for contact. The web chat function does not work! EDIT: The issue was sorted swiftly a day after this review was published. I'm glad this was sorted and with no payments taken. I'm also happy with how quickly the customer support team responded. However just the mere fact that this was allowed to happen through their website refresh has put me off Musclefood completely

ordered 69.99 worth of food, including 19.00 fish hamper I received 2 cod fillets the rest was missing. Contacted MF and they offered me a 15 pound discount voucher that was to be used with a minimum spend bloody cheeky in my opinion

Amazing service

I order muscle food regularly and recently have had a problem with not receiving my order. The guys at muscle food went above and beyond to sort the issue even though it wasn’t their fault, it was in fact the delivery companies fault. Can’t fault them at all. All food received is always top quality.

Shocking customer support

The first time I ordered from muscle food it would have got 5 stars as the meat was really good cuts and the delivery was quick but the second order I did I received only half of my order. I contacted muscle food and they offered me a £25 discount code, I had no explanation of why I only got half my order apart from the fact the sea bass was out of stock…. Fine fair enough but I got no excuse for the rest of it. I asked why the bits I was missing wasn’t getting sent to me and their excuse was their boxes were too big and the meat would get damaged in transit. I said I didn’t wan A discount code I want the meat I ordered but they wouldn’t and just gave me £11.90 refund but the meat was worth more than double I was missing. Stay away.

DO NOT ORDER!!!

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I cancelled my subscription, the website confirmed yet they still took £156.00 out of my bank and delivered my order? When logging back on the subscription was active!!! I am now out of pocket due to their website error with rent due and no way of paying it. They have refused a refund the worse service I have ever received.

Order number #18907 Should have recieved my order yesterday, No tracking number or communication from DPD, Emailed last night and this afternoon and still no reply from Muscle food customer service, First order and it has not gone too well, Very disappointing as this was purchased for a bbq birthday gift. Having to go out and purchase more food due to being let down.

Just received my second box! So pleased with it, can’t fault the order or delivery process whatsoever! Only thing I don’t like is the chicken burgers but this is personal preference 🙂 everything else has been amazing

Downhill experience

Been using musclefoods for about 7 months now and everything was fantastic, decent meat and decent prices, but in the last two months there has been two price rises and they have shut down the delivery membership program so now all the saving I used to make are gone. Same products from tesco are only 8 pound more expensive now so by the time I've paid 5.99 delivery what is the point ? The quality of meat is far better in supermarkets these days anyway.

Genuinely the worst customer service…

Genuinely the worst customer service going They are pathetic On the goals plan and it’s costs £75 a week Had various issues with items being missed or them being out of stock but yesterday my parcel hasn’t arrived and has been delivered to another address….granted not muscle foods fault but….. The courier company has admitted they went to the wrong place and as it’s food it can’t be redelivered So I’ve asked muscle food for a replacement to be sent out today so that I can stay on the plan and they have said it will be 3-5 days before they conclude an investigation and until then they can’t do anything So no refund of £75 No replacement food that means I can’t stick to my plan I’ve now cancelled my subscription and I will never use them again Nearly every second week they have issues with stock A pathetic company

Been good for a couple of years and now…

Been good for a couple of years and now they've changed their website it's awful. I was looking to amend my subscription but this has dissapeared from their website. The help menu says "Under 'Your subscription' Scroll to your active subscription and click ‘Pause subscription' button" But this option isnt even available on the website!
