Customer service sucks or is non-existent. ------------- It's interesting. You contact a company like Musicnotes, you get a response that blatantly displays ignorance. Then, after you expose their lousy behavior publicly, they try to save face by "apologizing" if you weren't happy with their ignorance.

MusicNotes is a super-important tool for my vocal and instrumental lessons. It is a great resource for repertoire, especially in the popular genres. The player apps enable the isolation of parts of the score and, in the older legacy version, the isolation of specific phrases. Avoid this company like the plague. I was about to order choir music, everything was in stock Then the offer of £14.99 membership with a promise of discounts. I joined only to find that after you join the stock you had put in your basket was unavailable. Also the site is impossible to navigate through and nothing is in stock. I contacted the company to get a refund as it is not fit for purpose. The person who replied said I must go through Apple. I have raised this with my Credit Company and might get my money back in due course. This company is the pits. Don’t give them your money. No better than con artists.
Their hard copy prints are a joke. $30 for a set of single sided pages in a folder...and arrived folded in half. This is useless to me and no better quality than what I could print at home. At least bind it into a booklet or something.

My experience of Musicnotes has been excellent. It provides a wide range of songs/music and is an easy way to download sheet music at a reasonable price without having to leave my home. It would be good if there was a function to download high quality backing tracks as well.... No complaints - its excellent!
Effective and Imediate response after ordering the requested sheet music . However ,I had to repeat, once I forgot to select the right size . I am as well giving my review again after the code I received went to my Junk file .

Musicnotes has a great selection. The site is easy to navigate, and the prices are reasonable. I like that there are transposition options for most of the songs and there are various levels of performance difficulty from basic chords for beginners up to very complicated arrangements for more experienced performers.
