Brilliant all round fast delivery Well packaged product as described would order again
Purchase was easy. Customerservice also. But when I wanted to return my product, that’s where the disaster happened. No track and trace, no communication after the return order was confirmed. I have no clue where my product is, wether it arrived and if I will get my money refunded. I won’t be shopping here anytime soon.
Delivery was quite fast and the item is just what I ordered but I didn't give 5 stars because the delivery was not so well. That is not your fault but the UPS did it not very well. The delivery guy never even bothered to ring the bell on my door but drove straight a UPS point where I had to collect my parcel. And that happens more often with UPS. Maybe you can consider to use another delivery company.
