Despite me making an error in my order, Aleksandra couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. She ensured I received a replacement item with personalisation in time for my first grandson’s first birthday. Even though it was my error, I wasn’t made to feel guilty or troublesome.
Purchased a lunchbag for my niece which arrived faulty. Dorota from Customer Service was very helpful. She was quick and efficient to respond to my problem and ordered me a replacement straight away.
Don’t sign up to this service. Emails every day, take no notice when you unsubscribe never mind how many times you do it. They ignore email complaints and then continue to email from a no reply account. Wish I had never bought anything from them.
I’ve ordered from My1styears for a long time now and I’ve never ever had an issue with them…I mostly order personalised blankets for baby hampers I make for friends/family and colleagues…The quality is the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else…xx
Terrible company and very unhelpful customer service. Stay away! Stolen my money. I will be reporting them to trading standards and claim my money back via my bank.
I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a Vilac Ride On Car and a toy bag. Got a gift box included which I intended to use as a keepsake box. All 3 items arrived damaged. Clearly nobody in quality control cares. Contacted them via email. When they replied they asked for clear photos, which had already been included in the first email. They then offered an insulting £20 store credit. I declined. Then we agreed I would return the items but they refused to answer whether this was to exchange in time for my child’s birthday or a refund so I could source alternative gifts. After further debacle they asked me to use the QR code to send back via Evri, which I didn’t get despite asking on multiple emails. They also said if I sent the items back before 2pm they’d try to ensure some replacements arrived by her birthday - it was 14:38! I have now ordered gifts elsewhere but have yet to get the return code promised to send the faulty items back. They don’t read communication properly. They fail to adhere to things they say. They can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and call you to sort things quickly. Overall a huge fail and I would urge you not to order from here. Things have gone down hill hugely since I used them previously.
When an item I had ordered arrived and was incorrect, I sent an email to the customer care team to explain the issue and to ask for them to rectify it for me. My email was responded to very quickly by the lovely Dorota who could not have been more helpful. Dorota ensured that the replacement item was sent via express delivery to ensure there was no delay in me receiving it. Dorota could not have been more efficient or more friendly - thank you so much!
My brother had sent a gift from my first years to me. The item was so beautiful unfortunately the zip was a little faulty. I was a bit worried to contact My First Years as it was a gift and wasn’t sure if I could be dealt as I wasn’t the original buyer. However, it was a pleasantly easy process thanks to Dorota at customer services she explained everything and delivered the fastest and most prompt service imaginable. She really made dealing with my first years very simple! Thank you Dorota!
I ordered a backapack from my first years, in the picture that was shown on there website there was a mesh net for a water bottle and when received the order there's no space for a water bottle, i have been in touch withh the company about my order, and how it was shown in photo and how I received it, they did not help at all, all they said was terms and conditions say the items are not exactly as shown, how can a whole mesh bottle space be missing and was told even if I returned refund would not be guaranteed, first time ordered from here and will be last time

There was an issue with my order which I was initially quite frustrated with... BUT I was really impressed with how My 1st Years customer service dealt with it. They were responsive and considerate and rectified the issue quickly and professionally. Shout out to Valerie in their team for being incredibly helpful and kind.

Fantastic customer service. My daughter had previously ordered from this small business. And was so happy she help me order for my gifts. I ordered two items and was a bit worried I hadn’t specified that it was for two separate people. Valerie responded quickly and efficiently to reassure me that they would be in two gift boxes. Received them this morning and am very pleased. They are even nicer than the photos and great quality. Would highly recommend them.

From the delivery everything was shocking. I ordered a personalised foam ball pit for my nieces first Eid, thinking it would be worth the splurge. The item was stuffed into a box less than half the size which inevitably squashed the item beyond repair. After speaking to the manager of customer services she simply claimed that the factories packed it with the upmost care and that the product is fine even after sending photos. Do not waste your money here, the item does NOT come in a gift box like the website claims and it does send awful quality items out and do not do anything to rectify the matter. Disgusted!
