Great Price and outstanding service,I was informed of my items status right up to the day of delivery.
I ordered a necklace from my bag but when I received the package it was a empty box, I reported to my Who asked me to send photographs et cetera of the parcel then they reply was to block me and close my account without a refund or replacement. I’ve tried many times to contact my bag. via is never available I have emailed them several times which was the replies back are very unhelpful and I’m out of pocket with no necklace. I will not be using my bag again and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or colleagues one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. I tried to contact the couriers, but they would not deal with me as my bag were the centres so I asked my bag to do so which they reply was NO UPDATE TO MY BAG REPLY THIS IS ANOTHER LIE YOU HAVE NOT SENT ME A MESSAGE AS MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED !!!!
The bag I ordered was exactly as described. This company is excellent at giving information about the order and its progress through to delivery. This is my second order and both times the delivery was very quick - only 24 hours from placing the order. Sadly the delivery company this time was poor - the parcel left by a hedge in the front garden. Thankfully, I spotted it as I knew it was due. My Bag may want to review their couriers.

This company is a scam. I ordered a bag and my cousin in another state ordered the same bag with the same outcome, both bags had extremely long ship times and fake tracking with royal mail. Ended up refunding after weeks of nothing. Also no delivery confirmation, signature, picture, poor shipping services for $600 plus bags. Royal mail doesn't even deliver to US residents direct. Strange that 2 people in the US had the same issue with the same bag and both had to be refunded after weeks. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

fast delivery and well packaged
Bought a Vivienne Westwood "Betty" from Mybag and what a disappointing experience it turned out to be. Admittedly it was quick to arrive but that's where the good stops. A £470 bag was shoved into a box which was far too large and the dust bag which came with the bag was way way to small for the bag which I purchased. Also In their online description it said the bag had a zipped internal compartment, which it doesn't. I contacted customer services via their chat function and was told that the proper dust bag for the bag couldn't be sent out and they would give me a £5 goodwill voucher, which in my mind is simply not enough. I contacted Vivienne Westwoods head office to confirm what kind of dust bag should had been sent out and sent images in what and how I received the said item from MYBAG. I was told that the dust bag is completely not correct and the packaging was not how it left the manufacturer. Which leads me to believe it could be a fake. I keep trying to contact Mybag and keep getting fobbed off that it is being dealt with by the product account department and still hear nothing. So if you are looking to buy a bag from My bag I would be really really careful. We will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
Amazingly quick service. Ordered 1:45 on a Saturday and had the bag by 1:30 the following day, a Sunday too! The bag is excellent!
