I ordered these frozen meals to help keep me on plan with my busy schedule. I knew they’d be tasty but I didn’t expect them to be so nice!! They’re lush! And the best part, they’re low calories and macro friendly. My favourites so far: hearty pasta bolognese, Malaysian coconut curry, katsu and rice, and chicken and vegetable curry. Highly recommend!
Amazing quality and taste. Ordered the ready to eat chicken breasts and they taste so fresh highly recommend.
Easy to pick meals. Only thing is I'd like to remove sweetcorn from the buffalo chicken.

Was a bit reluctant at first because I don't like spicy food but was assured by my boss that it would be OK. Placed an order and 2 days later it arrived. Have tried 2 meals so far and was pleasantly surprised by them. Very tasty and nutritional and is going to help in my quest to eat well.

Love the meals. My last delivery a few of the pots of gold were defrosted and one leaking a bit. Just popped them in the fridge and ate them 1st. My new delivery has been good 🙂
Great products! Especially the chicken bites large bags which I can just keep topped up in the freezer for quick and easy meal prep and they are really tasty too!
I think since I've been getting gold standard nutients meals I feel more active and have more energy, I've been a chef for over 27 years and I thinks the food is excellent value for money and would recommend it to my friends . My favourite is spice chicken and Blackburn, fabulous, and also since purchased the meal have loss weight and feel more relaxed and can do things I would have dreamed of.

I love these meals. I am currently 7 months pregnant and still working a full time job so I find they are really very helpful. They taste incredible as an added bonus. My fave is the chicken katsu and I do like the buffalo chicken too!!! They are all lovely
Excellent food and excellent service. Makes staying on track with things so much easier and removes the stress and worry - especially through the working week of doing the food shop and preparing food. I’ve been using GSN for several years now and will continue to do so.
